Got ripped off by this company for the second time now. The first time was about 10 years ago and was only for about $20. I did call and request my $20 credit paid to me but when i did, they would hang up on me. I tried calling back a couple times and the same thing happened.......CLICK!Last month I got a better deal with another service provider so I decided to cancel my service with Rogers. Yesterday I noticed that they charged my credit card over $200 for phones that i paid for in equal payments over 2 years. I proceeded to call Rogers to rectify the issue. They are now trying to tell me that my phones were leased! I did not lease my phones. I purchased them outright for the full amount of the cost of the phones. This is an absolute scam.I will never do business with Rogers again.

I would highly recommend Rogers on Barrydowne. I was in need of a new phone, as my old phone was not doing the job anymore, so I took my needs to this location. I was very impressed with the service from the team, especially the employee named Magnus. As soon as you walked in the door, he was greeting you with a smile on his face, treating you like family. He’s an individual who works very hard, and that should not go unrecognized. Overall, amazing experience at Rogers, and completely satisfied with the service from Magnus and the team.

Great experience. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got great service while getting new phones. We hit a snag with Apple services that wasn’t their fault at all, but everyone kept good energy the whole time. Super enjoyable experience, will only be going to this store for my rogers needs

Very poor customer service and demeaning to women. I went in by myself (pregnant younger woman) to return my phone after my upfront edge plan was completed. The sales associate was extremely pushy about making me get a new phone despite my said intention was to pay off the remainder of the device and didn’t want or need a new one. He told me in a year my phone would be no good anyway so I might as well upgrade. I felt really pressured and put on the spot. I said I don’t upgrade every few years anyway so I’m happy with my current device and just want to pay it off. He continually went into why I need a new phone and it’s a waste of money to pay off my current device despite me telling him this was why I’m here. On top of all of this my corporate deal was never applied to my account despite multiple emails sent to this store from my work with their unique codes to have my discounts applied. The employee told me the other employee who set up my plan in the past did it wrong and that if I got a new device he would ensure this does not happen. However as a consumer I am now hesisitant to continue with a cell phone giant that does not value its customers. I switched to bell this day. I felt so belittled as a woman and like I was not being respected with the decision I made. I was constantly being redirected. I will never set foot in a rogers ever again.

People working here have no idea what they're doing. I wanted to get a new phone and I was told the other person on the account needs to provide permission so that I can make any changes to the account. He called customer service and permission was given. I go back to the store and they order the phone that wasn't in stock. Phone arrives 2 days later and I get a call to pick it up. I go back to the store and I was told the permission on the account is not valid for 30 days. They ordered the phone and called me to pick it up because permission was given and now they want the phone to sit there for 30 days unless the other person on the account picks it up. I will not be making a 4th trip to a place where people have no common sense.

Magnus and his team provide superior service and customer support. I was so thankful to work with him and receive the best deal to date from a wireless provider. There were no games played and no need to fight for more. Magnus was wonderful in getting me the best fit for my needs and explaining each step of the way. Thank you!
