My Silver Maple had a bad split from the strong winds of last week. Called Twelve Oaks and the team came the next day. The split was efficiently trimmed with nary any debris over to the neighbors. I am extremely happy with the service from Twelve Oaks! They fit us into their busy schedule to remove a tree that had unexpectedly split and was beyond repair. Zac, Justin, and Peyton were all A+++. I honestly cannot say enough good things about how professional and friendly they were. They left the site clean and got the job done quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for excellent service!

Twelve Oaks took care of a large tree that fell into our Richmond Hill property during a storm. During consultation they also pointed out two other dead trees that posed a danger, and we were able to book the removal of all three on the same day, at a fair price. The team was very professional, efficient, and most importantly safe with their work. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been looking for a company to help remove a Blue Spruce pine tree that was growing out of a ledge in my backyard as well as trimming a neighbor's mulberry tree that has grown past my roof. A lot of companies that responded never got back to me after the initial discussion until I found Twelve Oaks and spoke to Katina and Wes. They were very efficient and patiently listened to my problem, Wes came over to take a look and immediately provided a solution and a quote that was extremely competitive. On the day work was to be done, Justin, Payton and Zac came and was able to get all the tasks done in a very efficient and professional manner. My backyard was cleaned after work was done and you wouldn't know something had happened until you notice the sunlight and the missing branches :). Thanks for the fantastic work and I highly recommend Twelve Oaks Tree Service, will definitely call them and tell my friends about them.

This company is one of the best! I have used their services several times because my tall pines are being killed off year by year by a fungus. Wes and his team are very safe, skilled, professional and super nice. They work efficiently and clean up everything afterward as if they had never been there! It’s amazing to watch them work and drop an 80 foot tree exactly where they intended. Their prices are very competitive and my neighbours now use them too. Highly, highly recommend them.

Zack and Peyton at Twelve Oaks were absolutely incredible. We originally went with them because of their reasonable pricing but were blown away by the service and end result. Both Zack and Peyton showed up with a bright and positive attitude (even in rainy conditions) and were exceptionally clean, efficient and approachable throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree care and have already booked them for next spring!

Wes and his entire team of arborists are EXCEPTIONAL!! I can not say enough good things about them. When we met Wes, he listened attentively to our needs and offered very sound advice.On the day of service the entire team was prompt and ready to work, even though it must have been the hottest day of the year. The team of workers are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and they work safely and carefully. I had an absolute jungle of fruit trees that needed to be aggressively pruned and they knew exactly what to do. Trees that were diseased and needed removal were professionally cut and the stumps were ground down. Kind, polite, eager to work, exceptional clean-up....it just can not get better than that. I highly, highly, highly recommend this company along with Wes and his team. Thanks too to Kelly at the office!!
