If it's possible to give them ZERO i would. Joy could not follow direction. My shirt was soaked with my hair wash she put her finger in my ear 3 times and did a horrible cut

Worst haircutting experience ever!!!! My autistic teenage son went in for a haircut. OMG!!! She hacked his hair!! my 7 year old could have done a better job, it was not cut even, she left long pieces everywhere, a total mess. I took him back in she refused to give him his money back. And she took a $13.00 tip from him for a $17,00 hair cut!!! She did however, return the tip. But omg I will never let anyone I know get their haircut there as long as I live.

Went there to get a haircut and the stylist there her name amber said she recognized me .she recognized me from my ex.she has a conversation with me about my ex putting her down to the lowest.whatever that was fine.2 days later I see a post on fb from my ex stating I was in her friends hair salon talking about her and putting her down when it was the other way around. Customer client should never be discussed outside of her workplace. I'm not done dealing with this salon or the employee there

Worst experience I've ever had getting my hair cutThe lady was so fast and aggressive with the clippers and did a horrible job at a simple fade I had to go home and shave my head at 1mmWill never be back

First off, yes I got what I deserve for getting my hair cut at a mall. That being said, good god. First cut since the pandemic lockdown and it is horrible. Avoid Sue at all costs! Now I have to hope I can get in somewhere else to get this fixed tomorrow...
