Bought Mother’s Day flowers for 3 different moms in 3 different towns. This was the most expensive and my least favourite of the 3. All in all, just okay.

The online shopping experience and same day delivery was seamless! Bought flowers as a surprise for a co worker in south Surrey living in a townhouse and the bouquet arrived by the afternoon in perfect condition with no issues on finding their address; in my opinion what was a very complicated location. Would order again in a heart beat!

Purchases were so easy to make. Pick Up was quick and Easy. The flowers were loved by their recipients. I'll be back.** Edit - Back Again! My Beautiful Dance Teachers loved their Bouquets!Hopped Next Door and Grabbed the Latest Brew to add to the Bouquet and Everyone was Happy

I went to visit this floral shop, after being DUPED by internet based companies selling purely online. They may list a shop number, but this is nothing more than a front. It explains why so many of the bouquets I've ordered look NOTHING like what they're selling. Typical bait and switch scam company who buy FAKE reviews!!

For scheme, I wanted to leave it to the florists after seeing the beautiful arrangements on the website and instagram. I just asked to include carnations. But when my mom and I received the arrangement, we were shocked to find not only white dominant colour scheme, but also the multiple white chrysanthemums, which are used for funerals. I could see that the florists are very skilled, but the common etiquette to not use these sympathetic flowers for mother's day was absent. As much as I was looking so forward to receive and gift this to my mom, it is very disappointing. With the negative notion these flowers give, it would have been better not given to my mom, especially with my dad's surgery approaching.

The online ordering was seamless and quick. They delivered next day with the most beautiful bouquet. Lots of roses and healthy flowers that will last. Will definitely order again.

Updated review:After posting my review, the owner called and texted me right away to address the issue and offered to deliver a new bouquet the next day. I was very happy with the quick response which showed that they really care about their customers' satisfaction. My mom was very happy with the new bouquet that they sent, it was full and beautiful, thank you!______________Previous review:I have ordered from this flower shop for over 6-7 years since their little shop at Granville island and I have always been happy with my purchases and trusted that they would do a great job, except for this time…I ordered my mom a LARGE bouquet for Mother’s Day but it was definitely much smaller than the one I ordered her last year (also large size). I have to say I am pretty disappointed, it’s supposed to come with 18-20 stems but I see about 16 good ones and a few others are bent over/looks like it’s wilting. The roses are also much smaller than before. It just doesn’t look “full” and it was the large size, definitely not worth $95 and after taxes/delivery I spent about $125 for this.

These girls are amazing! They take the time to meet with you one on one to make your image a reality. Even the smallest of details are easily incorporated and the girls make it easy by providing the set up if you need it. I can't wait to use OLFCO again :)

I want to shout it from the rooftops how incredibly beautiful our flowers were for our wedding. This team is so talented and were such a dream to work with. I am still obsessed with my bouquet and it was exactly what I envisioned!
