This is my first experience with Inland so based on the one experience I will leave a 5. I stumbled over the truck when browsing online and new I wanted it. Aldin was great presenting the truck, Ralph took care of my deal requirements and Adam had the paperwork done up fast. Hopefully as I need service and parts the 5 stars will continue. Thanks Inland.

The Service Department at Inland was so very helpful when we discovered a problem on our cross-country trip from Ohio to Alaska through Dawson Creek, British Columbia. They took our Jeep in the same afternoon I called, diagnosed the problem, verified they had the parts, and made a wonderful repair of our brakes to get us back on the road quickly, and most importantly, safely! We can't thank the entire Service Department enough for all the wonderful and expert care they showed us.Tom and Penny Steinbrunner

I appreciate having this place to turn to and the fact that they have integrity and ability. They fixed what was needing repairs and didn't make a career out of a routine service. They were able to repair an issue for $50 that another shop said could go as high as $1000. They are not the type to speak over your head or with overly confusing explanations to make simple things sound more expensive. They were fast and professional. In my experience the qualities shown by Inland are rare and deserve supporting.Thanks Team Inland, I will be back.

Truck was done quickly. They took payment over the phone so i could get someone to get the keys allowing me to pick it up after hours which was nice. The person I spoke with at service was a bit rude. Only thing I had any issues with.

My experience was very poor. I went there for an oil change and made an appointment because I needed to make sure I had my vehicle to pick up my children from school. However, my car was not finished when they said it would be which caused me to have to make other arrangements for school pick up. I did not receive my vehicle back until 2.5 hours after I dropped it off for a standard oil change which takes the guys at the quick lube places only 15 minutes.This however was not the worst part. The worst part was when the manager unprofessionally told me in front of my children what a hassle it was to do this oil change because it was through a transferable service contract that I paid for when I purchased my vehicle in Grande Prairie. It is not my problem that he will have to submit paperwork to get paid. He should have not said anything about it and just taken it up with Grande Prairie.
