Great little smoke shop . It's hidden away in a corner with nice and friendly staff. And with a Post Office inside makes for a 2 in 1 kinda stop.

Despite what some have said below, the staff in McGoos are friendly, efficient and more than happy to assist with anything so long as you have what is required. I have never had issues whether using the postal services or buying the odd scratch ticket.

This is a wonderful little post office. However I've decided to stop going now with Omicron as the owner has never had his mask pulled up any of the times I'm in there, even out in the line up he's talking to customers with his mask on his chin. The staff is fully compliant and wearing masks properly.

The owner is ripping people off with his shipping cost! He charged me $80 for shipping a 2 kg item to the US! Didnt even ask if the cost works for me. Just casually told me to chip in the bottom of his machine. Will never ship stuff in this place again. That dude cant be trusted. Smh. what an aholeguy.

The comment below is a lie.I was at the store when all this happened. She was swearing at the staff and being very rude. Security was called who then called the RCMP.All the employees at the store are great and I have been a customer for a while. They were extremely patient with this member and dealt this matter with great professionalism.Please do not believe her comment. Total lie.

Horrendous management, owner is rude, inconsiderate and beyond unaccommodating. Would give zero stars if possible. Take your business elsewhere. Feel terrible for his staff though, if he treats the general public this way I can only imagine....

Have not once had more than a fair experience here but this one takes the cake. Ever have a package go missing and have to get it replaced when the tracking says it should be there? Yeah they kept it. Some of the address was wrong on my latest package and my husband went to pick it up. They spent 10 minutes looking" and telling him it did not exist. Finally he got annoyed and lied saying it was his mother's ashes. They went back again and had it in a few seconds. Guess you are welcome to your package as long as it has no resale value."
