I bought a pair of glasses from there a few weeks ago and the frame is broken after 3 weeks of use. What was I doing with them? Just wiping them with my t-shirt. Is it really cold out that it might've snapped? It's July 17 today and 24 degrees Celsius outside. I don't even wear glasses the whole day - just when I'm at home. I've been wearing glasses for 30+ years and this has never happened to me with the cheapest of glasses I've worn. The guy at the store twisted and contorted the frame to show me how flexible it was, but for some reason the one I got is completely different - makes me think that the glasses on display are real, but the product sold is a dupe. He didn't offer any discounts, either, and was arguing with me while telling me he's not trying to argue (yup, he's a real gentleman). He'll probably respond to this comment by saying that I was the one who started arguing first - of course! I'm angry that I spent hundreds of dollars on glasses that broke in less than a month! I'm still angry and wanna argue more! What did you do to alleviate an angry customer?

I'd definitely recommend this place for glasses. Ryan and Becky are really helpful, and patient. They offer amazing service. Been bringing my family and friends, and havent had any disappointments.

The service has been superb. Bought 3 pair of glasses from here within the last 5~6 years. I play basketball with glasses on so having glasses hit and needing repair/readjustment is not rare. Ryan and the other staff there has been very patient, professional and responsive to my requests. Appreciate it.
