Jay Furey and trainee, Josh, conducted a home energy assessment for us this week. They arrived on time, were professional, considerate, and personable. Jay explained the program, what they were evaluating, and how they would do it. They were very thorough and took care to explain their findings and the next steps in the process. We look forward to receiving our formal upgrade report.

We had energy advisor Isaac come by for an energy audit in our home. He was excellent at communicating beforehand so we would know when to expect him, and in particular he was great at explaining all of the nitty gritty details about the provincial and federal energy programs, rebates, loans, etc. He was very quick and didn't take up too much time doing his measurements. We are very happy with Issac's service.

We were very pleased with our Home Energy Assessment, it was very thorough, and good advice was given on upgrades to our home with would make it more Energy Efficient. It is thoroughly recommended.Our Energy Advisor was Andreas, he is very knowledgeable and very willing to answer any questions you may have, he is also willing to answer phone calls at any time.Totally gave him 5 stars.

Jordan is very knowledgeable, respectful and was a pleasure to work with for my pre-retrofit energy evaluations He clearly & happily explained everything I needed to understand. We had excellent service with Thermal Wise, after our request for service they were very efficient at booking an appointment. Our Energy Advisor, Dean Spicer was excellent, very through, explained everything that we needed to proceed with in detail. He was very respectful and pleasant to deal with. I wish to thank Isaac Warne for the great job he did, he not only took care of the technical parts of his job, he also explained how the system worked. I found that his knowledge of the programs that were available and how they worked was very helpful also. His patience for all the questions I ask was very much appreciated and the answers even more so. Again thanks for all the help Isaac.
