This place sells souvenirs, cell phone/tablet cases, screen protectors and accessories. I'd recommend not buying from here as the service is horrid! I went here in search for a screen protector. They up sold me to a premium" product. Walked away and a few days later

ive had two good experiences here. the guy who works here fixed my phone super fast and charged me $80 both times. i accidentally went to the place next door first and they wanted more plus they kept my phone an hour before deciding they couldn’t fix it.

Always a heads up service. I've been going for a few now and have never let me down. Also, if it can't be repaired, they tell you so, plus I wasn't charged for the 45 minutes he spent on it. Thanks

THIEVES!!!!!! they steal or buy stolen phones than sell them back. They have my phone and refuse to cooperate

I went in for quite a simple phone repair last year and I wouldn't have ever imagined how poor the quality, as my phoned ended up crashing soon after. You'd be better off investing in some tools and doing whatever it is yourself.On that very day I saw 5 young teenaged boys trying to sell what I could only assume was a stolen phone based upon their frantic demeanor. If I hadn't already paid, that would have been sufficient as a warning to get out.Luckily, I was able to do the repairs myself after their screwup.

Buyer beware. I bought a case (cheap and quick) for my new phone here along with a new glass screen protector. Less than a week later, I pull the phone out of my pocket and there is a crack in side edge middle of my phone where essentially, it should never break unless I fold my phone like a piece of paper. I took it back and asked if there's anything they can do about it and essentially, I can buy another one to be put on but no guarantees or warranties it won't break in another few days. (Or I leave the chipped protector on and have a brand new phone with tiny glass shards slowly come off)Beware the cheap glass protectors they use; the cases are cheap and affordable.

Longtime customer here. I have never been disappointed by them. Worst case scenario ever with them was they had to order a part. It was ready 1st thing next day. He comped me the labor cost on that installation thusly. The other 5 times I went here it was very fast turn around under 1 hour and high quality repair. 10/10 Always my first destination for out of warranty phone repairs.

Avoid this store at all costs.Brought my iPhone XS in for a cracked screen and cracked back, and they charged me $250 for the job. I came back 1.5 hours later, and I see the guy holding my phone in this clamp with three parts to it attached to my phone, and he apologetically said, This glue takes a while to dry." I didn't know it at the time but you are not supposed to be using glue on these phones
