We called for some assistance (general questions and to see about an appointment) but the reception was downright mean for no reason. We couldn’t understand why and when we inquired she hung up “or the line disconnected”. We called back and when we asked why she rudely said “tell me what you want we are busy”. Needless to say we aren’t calling back. Very unfortunate.

Great clinic and staff remembers you from visit to visit. Knowledgeable vet, Dre Bonert ,with exemplary patience and willingness to explain and help pet owners understand what is best for their pets. Parking in the back always has spots. I would recommend.

We moved back to dorval after many years and decided to take our dog to this vet where we use to bring our beloved dog lily Dr. Karin Bonert is the best in montreal, my gf has been to many vets before but she was so impressed by Dr Karin not only is she caring and loving towards her patients she also cares about her job. I am so happy we came back here. We just love Dr Karin so much it didn't take long to see her kind soul.Thank you for taking care of our handsome boy Kane.

Absolutely amazing. Starting off with the staff, everyone is great, passionate, empathetic and will take time to explain and reassure you. They do not bulls**t you, and are not there to get your money; if you call and they don’t think you need to come in, they will tell you. It is also very well located, plenty of parking at the back, and the clinic is very clean. They take really good care of our anxious puppy every time we need to go in. Thanks for all you do for our animals!

Dr. Bonert literally saved my cat Angel's life by doing a very delicate surgery to remove an enormous lump from Angel's neck plus part of her thyroid gland; surgery being Angel's only hope of survival. Dr. Bonert is a skilled surgeon and a very compassionate person who doesn't hesitate to explain every detail requested in a kind, soothing manner. One can tell she dearly loves her patients". I highly recommend her and moreover commend her for her excellent surgical abilities
