The Arthritis Society is such an important organization for so many people across Canada who have arthritis. They have a ton of information on their website about the disease, medications, and several resources (articles, webinars, recipes etc.) on how to manage the condition, and they fund a lot of the arthritis research in Canada as well!

Excellent physiotherapy......basically cured me from basic low impact exercise. Reduces pain swelling and nodule inflammation in less than 6 months. In 12 -18 months I should be cured with ongoing exercise. There are satellite locations. Call the switchboard. The operator is helpful and speedy

Very easy to find in terms of location and transportation, take the subway from Yonge and Bloor, go southbound and get off at St. Patrick station walk down along University Avenue 393 building. Very close to the University Health network of hospitals. Very friendly and caring staff at the Arthritis office.

I have volunteered for the Arthritis Society for more than 13 years. That has allowed me to witness, first hand, the tremendous work done by it. Not only has it invested more than $200 so far in arthritis research which has led to huge improvements in treatments and management of the disease, but it also advocates for the 1 in 5 Canadians of all ages who live with arthritis.

The workshops this organization gives are completely free and extremely informative. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their advice is relevant and specific and I've learned so much more about Arthritis than my doctor ever told me.

I have had wonderful, professional, warm and understanding experiences with this organization, at all levels of contact. Referred to them when I developed osteoarthritis and found I had hypermobility syndrome also. Their information sessions, information packages, one-on-one meetings with an Occupational Therapist have been life changing to help me deal with these new health issues. Highly recommend to ANYONE with any form of arthritis to take advantage of their expertise and support!!

I've enjoyed volunteering with the Arthritis Society connecting callers with resources. The caring staff have done a tremendous job in supporting volunteers, providing training and connection despite it all being remote right now. Great people and great experience!
