The drs. Here are the worst they don’t listen to your concerns , they have u wait hours even though you have an appt!and their front end clerks are so rude and snotty! And act like everyone is beneath them! It’s so disgusting and sad and so wrong!and I pray they get reported for negligence,

Kind and cordial staff, Both Dr Jasmin Akter and Dr Amr Donia are excellent doctors. The clinic can be super busy,it is better to take appointments ahead to avoid long waiting time.

Tines and waits are terrible. If you come here you are not going to be seen at your appointment time.Staff is very rude and likes to waist your time with their not good listening skills.

I am so happy I was able to get in to see Dr. Akter! She is simply a wonderful human being and really cares about her patients. It really shows! She was extremely helpful to me and I am already in better shape because of her excellent care. The front desk staff are also lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This clinic was fantastic to me. They got me in to see Dr. Akter the same day I called as I was extremely sick and needed antibiotics. She also came up to reception and personally asked them to make my son an appointment with the pediatrician and we had an appointment within a week. She was truly lovely to deal with.

Seems to be very disorganized. I dropped a prescription off in the morning to be filled and when I heard anything by 3PM I called and they seemed to have no record of my prescription. After awhile they found it, I guess, and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband went there after 30 minutes and it STILL hadn’t been prepared. All that and to top it all off the ointment they compounded for me is far too runny to be appropriate for it’s intended use and it cost more than $100. Will never bring a prescription to this pharmacy again.

Dr. Akter is a responsive, understanding, and supportive GP. However, I would caution those planning to see Dr. Nouh for psychiatric support (see end of review).As other reviewers have mentioned, the wait times can be extensive but I appreciate that Dr. Akter takes her time seeing patients. Once she is available, she is supportive and communicative regarding any concern.The other medical staff such as other GPs, front staff, and pharmacy staff I've interacted at Norwood are also helpful.I was referred to Dr. Nouh as I received a new diagnosis from my therapist/GP and was seeking additional resources; however, during our session he was dismissive, insensitive, and unprofessional. I note my experience with Dr. Nouh to ensure folks can make an informed decision on seeing him. I'm grateful to have a background in psychology, a good doctor, a great therapist, and experience working in the mental health field, so I was able to recognize that his behavior was inappropriate (especially after discussing it with my therapist). However, I understand not everyone has this level of knowledge/support. Especially considering patients seeking mental health support are often in a vulnerable situation and can be put at further risk when they receive poor care from a mental health professional. If you're referred to Dr. Nouh, I would suggest seeking an alternative psychatrist, if possible. If not, I would recommend bringing someone you trust to the appointment to help advocate for the support you need as it can be difficult to do so alone in a session with him.

My own doctor retired recently, and I found doctor Atker at this clinic. I couldn’t be happier. She is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and shows that she cares because she spends time with you to hear all your concerns….. I see that many people complain about the wait times at this clinic, but I would never complain because I know when I do eventually get in to see her, she will spend time with me as well. And she is worth the wait! Also, the Frontline staff are super professional and accommodating so kudos to you guys as well!LisaA happy client

It was my first time at this clinic, after waiting for 4 months for this appointment for a family doctor interview. I had an appointment but after waiting for 45 min I asked one of the front desk staff how much longer she thinks it will take until I see the doctor explaining that I had an appointment and that I have to leave in an hour for another commitment. The answer was an arrogant I don't know"

Wasted literally my entire morning from the moment I woke up to 11:48 when I got home and sat down on my couch.And they don't even understand their own consent forms because they said the form my mother signed only gave consent for one doctor to talk to me about her medication. It was for the whole clinic.
