Worst car wash exoerience , my car got scratches after wash ,i talked to employees no one listen , avoid them if u love ur car

If I could rate this place a 0 I would!! if you value and like your car you will NEVER go to this place EVER!! I went here for a car wash yesterday and as I finishing the car wash my tire popped!! & these are BRAND NEW TIRES. SO I went to talk to the employees and I have never received more rude, unprofessional and disrespectful customer service IN MY LIFE! they were saying it’s my fault and my tire was already popped when I came… and I was trying to scam them?? SCAMMM??? & you’re telling me I flew here?? how/ why would i leave the comfort of my own home and drive all the way WITH A FLAT TIRE. AND MIND YOU I wasn’t even blaming them, I was just asking if maybe something is on the floor, to prevent this from happening again. They have the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever received.

Worst experience I ever had.After wash car is full of scratches and all paint ripped off.Don’t recommend this place.Please be aware at the end it’s our car and we own it.

Value for money. Car comes out clean with good wax coating. The vacuum pressure is great and water spray is available to clean mats.

completely damaged my vehicle and claiming my piece was loose. came to leave a bad review, only to find many other vehicles have been damaged while at your establishment. do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere!

It’s all in one car wash, they had everything once you buy car wash. They had really good vacuum and additional space for washing your mats. I enjoyed my car wash and it’s good for all people who like to keep there car clean.

Very good for car exterior and interior cleaning. Very inexpensive. You will spend about $12 including tax and get awesome exterior car wash and FREE VACUUM as long as you want!I usually go there every 3 weeks to clean my SUV. Lovely place. Would highly recommend this place.

Had the worst possible experience here. They damaged a brand new car and refused to fix their own mistakes. Horrible customer service. Take your business and car somewhere else if you don’t want it to be given back falling apart. Super unprofessional and took no accountability for their actions. Can’t believe they’re still in business.

I wanted to rate it minus but there’s no option for that. The guy name hardeep has zero manners. No sense of talking to customers. My bf and I went for car wash for the first time asked him politely if he could guide us what exactly to do and he started yelling at car wash. People like him should be fired from customer service jobs if they cant even help them in the first place. Please avoid going there.
