Taylor was our server and attentive with recommendations for soup of the day with fresh garden salad with citrus vinaigrette. Overall great experience at this location and will be back again for business lunches.

The food was delicious, but serving size for fries should increase. I spent an extra $3 on my chicken finger combo to get the garlic parmesan fries. It wasn’t worth it. There was hardly any fries in the box.

I would give them a -5 if I could.We were here last night with a party of 8 for my birthday, not a great experience at all!!Out of 8 orders 2 were done right, 1 was totally forgotten and the rest were not correct!Lousy managent resolution also.We received no utensils or napkins before we asked for them and then only received 2 sets for starters.I had Cesear Salad with a chicken breast - I had asked for no croutons, but received with croutons instead. When I received my replacement it was just romaine lettuce and an overcooked chicken breast - not even any parmesan cheese! Too expensive for what I got!! That was just one issue - there were many more!I for one will never go back. At the prices charged, both food quality and service should be great is all Im saying and it was not.

I've had a lot of Bandara Bread over the years, but the Ancaster location makes the best! So cheesy and flavourful, with a perfectly crispy crust!

My friend and I took our kids to BP last night. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. However there was a problem with our bill and the manager did not address it correctly. (We were overcharged $41)This morning I went back and spoke with a different manager named Homer. He sorted it out and refunded me no problem! He was so pleasant to deal with that I will definitely return. Side note…I had the new spicy buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and it was amazing!

Always great service at this location. There were a few patrons here but our section was empty when we left. I tried the new baked ravioli bites and these were so delicious. Will get these again. My daughters love coming here and the waitress is always accommodating to kids.

I usually visit Boston pizza for some quality game time with my friends. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their pizza and their customer service. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was thin and crunchy, and the sauce was flavorful and just the right amount of spice. I had chocolate cake after my meal last time and it was delicious. The staff at the store were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that my order was taken care of quickly and correctly.

Had a great dinner last night for my husband's birthday. We were seated quickly and our food came quickly once we ordered. The portions were a good size and the food was delicious.
