Excellent service and response time and professionalism. Special Kudos to Juwan and JohnathanMy Furnace was cycling continuously, so I called Pacific Coast Heating and the people were at my place in 30 min to check the furnace. This is first time in Canada I have seen this type of quick service. They check the system and recommend me to replace my 18 year old furnace system. They thoroughly guide me the rebate program and different type of furnace for my house.The Technician take out the whole furnace in an hour and placed a new one very next morning in 3 hours with a quality job.Excellent Job done!!!!!!

Really bad experience with this company. They installed a new hot water tank using the existing valve, where there was a continuous gush of water coming from the drain. They said this was normal. I consulted two other companies who said it was not normal.I spoke to pacific heating and they refused to replace it at no labour charge, even when I was willing to pay out of pocket for the defective valve.They should not have continued with installation with a defective valve.The man I spoke with refused to give me his name. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.Reading the other 1 star reviews, it seems that this type of terrible customer service is common. Your replies to all their reviews are the same, blaming the customer and never taking ownership, never apologizing. Horrendous customer service.Please look at all the many other 1 star reviews before choosing to go with this company.

We called early on a Saturday and they came within a few hours. By Monday we had a new furnace installed and we were warm again. Great job!

Just had four guys install a new hot water tank at my house in Abbotsford. I was so impressed that they were able to get this done today after I just asked them to come check out my old one and see why it wasn’t working. Came back 2 hours after with a whole crew and a new tank and had it in for us in probably less than half an hour. Quoted the correct price that it ended up being and on top of that were incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgable and put down drop clothes and cleaned up the very tiny mess that they accidentally made. I’m very impressed and will be calling pacific coast back to put our furnace in when the time comes

Highly recommend Pacific Coast Heating. We have used them in the past and the service has been great. We recently had a new combi unit put in. Ryan was helpful in explaining the process and cost. Anthony and Joe provided great service. The installation was supposed to take over a day but they both stayed longer to ensure the work was completed in one day so we would not be without water and heat. We had some noise in the pipes and Joe came back to check on it and fix it. Would definitely call them again. Great work guys!

Our company (Barrier Marine Services) just used Pacific Coast Heating Services to supply and install a 24000 BTU heatpump in our North Vancouver office. We looked at three quotes and then decided to go with Pacific Coast as their offer was best value for what we were looking for. We were not disappointed! They came in, talked with us, and explained our options, in plain English. They did not try to up-sell us or offer extras. They simply told us what we needed and then completed the installation. They scheduled install day with us and showed up on time, and as planned. While onsite, they were all courteous, professional, and respected all our site safety rules. They even vacuumed up the fine bits of drywall dust.A week later, we had the first hot spell of the season and everyone in the office was happy to come to work. Anthony, Ryan, and the entire team are experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable in HVAC and heat pumps. Their install included a red seal electrician who performed the electrical install by the book".I

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of business. They came out to service my landlord and our furnaces. Started out within minutes saying there’s lots of hair n dust etc. My boyfriend vacuums out regularly and cleans filter. We were told the fan is working a little slow but once they clean it out they will see if it improves. But before they even cleaned it he took my landlord outside and 10 mins later he’s decided the motor was bad without even turning on. Then proceeded to pull out the furnace leaving us with no heat. Only to find out he pulled out landlords too. She was quoted a price for both n we were told hers would be replaced the next day n ours two days later. Then told us he would clean ducts out so will be ready to install new furnace. Well he brought an air hose in and blew it in the vents. Really? Well once he was gone all of a sudden quotes went up wait time was changed to a lot longer. What a scam. Not to mention leaving sharp pieces of metal sticking out on stack to furnace. Oh the best part is he felt the need to tell us he’s a professional. Um if ur a professional u do not need to verbalize it! When the real professionals showed up for quotes they were dumbfounded that the furnaces had been removed. They said that was the first time they had experienced that. This company should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of an elderly lady not to mention leaving our households with no heat. Horrible horrible service from this company. And from other bad reviews on here I’m sure I will be receiving a response full of excuses n putting the blame on the customers. Seems to be the pattern. Oh I will also explain the only reason there is one star in the rating is that was the only way it would let me post this review. I’ll give them minus 5 starsAnd here cone the excuses. U can say what u like. U took advantage of an elderly lady. U removed two furnaces ours was working fine it could have stayed in till new one arrived. She would not have removed all of our heat if u had not made her feel they were dangerous. It’s bad business. Two other companies came and said this is not proper procedure u put her in a position n all of us in the cold. You can say to my face you are professional but u are far from it. U didn’t even cap the gas line. U just turned off valve. If there is a valve failure gas with leak through the line.You have yourself a great holiday season try not to leave anyone else in an unsafe cold environment.

Very professional and worthy of a 5 star rating fast and very efficient service. the technicians name juwan and mardin who came to our home, they was Excellent, professional, polite and very friendly!!! explained everything carefully.Thanks Ryan Great job and good deal for my new furnace and boiler ...I would hire this company again for sure!!!

Anthony came and fixed the furnace and water expansion tank at my unit. He fixed it professionally, and explained the problem of the furnace. He did what is necessary and did not up sale you for anything unnecessary, unlike the previous technician who did the diagnosis.I commended him for his good work and service.
