Excellent Service! Dean is excellent at what he does and he ensures you the customer are always taken care of. A very personalized service right from the get go, and always available for any questions.We've used Bee Alarm twice, I don't see us moving any time soon again but if we do and need an alarm system I'll be calling on Dean again!

They are quick to respond, resourceful to help, responsible and reliable when solving the problems. They are certainly one of the best security monitoring companies in Ottawa! I have been incredibly pleased with both the alarm system and the company. Dean is always very responsive the my questions, responding to my first inquiry within minutes and on the weekend. They came over to set the system up, which is wireless, showed me how to use it and answered my many questions. Their system is easy to use and I love that I can access it from my phone. I would definitely recommend Bee Alarmed!
