I wish I can give 0 star for this review! Worst experience! We have been long time customer of Artex Design for more than 10 years. Customer service from previous owners was great. Since the new ownership, price has been going up substancially, quality of customer sercie has been going down substancially as well. My last" call to the store to order some shirts for my company

Great prices and very nice people who know their craft. My company uses their services for embroidery on an ongoing basis and the quality is excellent. Always delivers orders on time. Recommended.

I think the pricing is reasonable but this place has HORRIBLE customer service. If you want to be yelled at and told off by an unstable man for no reason, this place is for you. I would give negative stars.
