I placed an order at 10am, by 9 am the following day the articles had arrived to Ottawa distribution center and then our home in gatineau that afternoon. I asked some extra question via the chat window, they gave me some suggestions. No problems. Pen is working great. We added the quick links for the pages ie 1 2 3 up top to the right withing 1 min and it works. Still trying to iron out how to send transcribed text but thats a user thing. As far as we can see each time you want to add audio you have to unhook pen then re attach. Add the audio via pencast tab in the app. and then it links. Still playing with the phone app.

Excellent service from a small company (Valcomp). I ordered from their website to save on their (actually reasonable) shipping cost, and I was politely greeted upon entering the door. The website is simple but functional, and my order was accurate. It is one of the few sites where the “notify me when back in stock” function actually works.Was the only place in Canada I could find with the LiveScribe 5-8 notebook set at a reasonable price.

love this pen. my only reason for 4 not 5 stars is because i have been having a hard time findidng help in how to use all of the pens options. it came with a small tutorial on the app and a small book about controls, but i have had a hard time figuring out how to use the pen to its full capability.

I have had a good experience with them ordering a livescribe digital pen. The first one I ordered went missing in the mail but they promptly filed a lost report with Canada Post and I received the second one I ordered, with a timely refund on the first. I will order things from them again.
