I'm so glad I followed other reviews and came to these folks to fix my truck. They are friendly, great communicators, do great work, and at good prices. When they found out my second vehicle went down right after I brought this one to them, they doubled-down their efforts to get the parts and got my truck back to me the same day they looked at it. I'll be back!

I got charged $50 for MVI which supposed to be $35 tax included. Also not great customer service.First visit and will be the last visit.

Poor customer service, lady at front was more interested in taking care of her dog than serving their customers. Not friendly at all

We've been taking our vehicles to C.A.R.S. for last 5 years and I think I've been in their shop 3 times. Why? Because work was done right the first time. Can't say enough about the entire team at C.A.R.S. Informative, courteous, helpful and professional.
