Best Western Plus Winnipeg Airport Hotel

Until now no follow up investigation, and when the incident happened your manager doesn’t want to try to show some sympathy or ask are you guys ok what happen?And it is not true that you are checking the footage when the police asking for it, because you already said no video captured, and give to us a doubt because the car park near at front and the side of building still can captured what truly happened. Even in the entrance and exit of the building so we feel they have a foul play happened here..You didn’t even try to reach me out or make an action what you can do..we didn’t know if you will pay the lost and the damage that happened on your premises..So guys please think if you like to stay here even for a couple hours!!

Found BUGS in the closet, some which had crawled into my shoes. Hotel staff was rude and unsympathetic. They claimed that they knew about the insects and had already dealt with them.Checked out immediately and was overcharged for the one night.Was forced to find a last minute room elsewhere on a busy weekend.

All is good, except that 1) the PTAC is way too loud and can't turn off the fan, 2) hand soap is not supplied, and 3) the body wash wasn't enough for 2 people staying for 2 nights. The separate sink outside of the bathroom is a brilliant idea!PS the restaurant connected to it sucks.

I went there for a conference and once you got 200 people in a small room it got hot real quick. You think they would have something? Even you know it's spring ready to go but no we all just cooked in there. The food was amazing. Buffet style for a conference. The rooms are nice to staff are professional but the temperature sucked

Just got off the phone with with front desk manager explaining my crisis I had with my son being in a car accident 9 hours away. He was in shock when he was booking the rooms which ended up being double what rooms normally should be. They were not willing to accommodate at all given the situation. Took advantage of a 19 year old in crisis mode. Would not recommend this hotel at all or any related to this chain. 0 out of 5

It's a great place when needing to stay close to the airport. Rooms are getting a little dated but very well maintained. The breakfast is weird though if you're wanting to take it away. We were in a hurry so just asked for a takeout box to pick stuff up in the buffet, but that was not allowed. Instead there were 4 options you had to choose from of a different menu that was then cooked upon ordering so we almost had to leave without food because of the extra time. I'm not sure why this is the practice but it really makes more effort for everyone involved.

Well not bad at all for Ukrainians refugee the only thing was that they gave us was little meals during the day while our Ukrainian friends at other hotel they provide them open buffet so let's just be fair and help each other for the best

Found bugs in 3 different rooms of this hotel. Won’t recommend anyone staying here. Staff wasn’t helpful about this issue
