Drivers lie about trying to deliver. Said they tried but cameras do not show them ever even pulling into parking lot. Have never had worse service, have asked for a supervisor to call me back three times now. Have been told they would call following business day but they never do.

Excellent service. Employee was extremely helpful. Did not know I was able to print my shipping labels at the location. Was very helpful

Great service from Rifana in the Owen Sound UPS Store #429. She printed my documents, put them in a water proof envelope (it was raining out today), processed my payment, stapled my receipts, all with a happy disposition and smile. I would come back again.

UPS Owen Sound - December 23rd, blizzard like conditions on a rural road. UPS shows up to deliver a very large, heavy package. Truck gets stuck in lane but able to get out. Has to drag box across the snow to my door. The driver was out of breath from the exertion. I had been napping when he arrived so not fully awake - after he left I thought of all the things I could/should have done for him. I do hope that the driver who delivered to side road 6 today will hear of this post. Thank you so much. You went above and beyond today. I sent blessings for your safe return home today. If you ever deliver here again please say hello.

If you have to ship something from this store make sure you get the packaging from somewhere else beforehand as they have an extremely limited selection that they choose to charge you a lot for.

Wow, this place is terrible and has gone seriously downhill since the previous owners.. I do NOT recommend for printing... way way over priced and incompetentI have alot of printing experience myself just not the printer to be able to do large quanity prints ...To start with it took almost 2 weeks of back and forth about an image being printed front and back on a sheet. This was not a very difficult print job. 100 copies front and back... I was given every excuse why they couldn't do it either they didn't have the paper, or the files weren't the same ( to which I know wasn't the case, i even had my designer re adjust to to be sure)So finally about 4 days before the due date of this job, I get told ok they can print for me no problem.I emailed all of my instructions ( paper size,weight,image size ect ect...)On top of this being a pain to deal with for whatever reasons....They wanted to bring my print job to barrie right at the last minute aswell to cut it, ..the day before i needed to pick it up...and after 2 weeks of not very good customer service, and telling me you are able to do this, than telling me you can't cut here now .... wow so much miscommunication of information on their end.I said I would cut it myself.And was told the bleed lines would be left on so I could do soI finally showed up to pick up this order after all of this fuss just to be given an image that doesn't even line up with the other image, no bleed lines and not even the right size paper used!!.I told them I needed it fixed only to have the owner yell at me and tell me I'm wrong that it is printed correctly and they are not designers...I didn't expect you to design anything but I told this exact image to staples right after having a terrible experience at this location... and the have it printed,and cut , all lined up within an hours time.Terrible customer service at this ups store

Dropped off package here at 4:30 pm. Was asked to put it on top of a mountain of packages already there. Had to take a photo of this package as it is a return for refund. Never have I been asked to do this in my life, there has always been someone to take care of this. Not great service here now. They obviously don't care!

Ups drivers not an issue. The Owen Sound store however...not once did they answer or return my call so I could fix my address that was incorrect. Not only did I call several times. I also tried to email. Several times I tried again to no avail. So now my package has been returned despite my attempts to fix the issue. Very frustrating

UPS Store is Owen Sound is fantastic! Best print shop around! So glad we found this little gem of a store in our community.Service is awesome! Fast turnaround for orders. Our print job was complex and unique however the challenge was met with excitement and passion. Picked up order in less than 24hrs.Amazing! Recommend this shop for printing of all kinds!
