Avalon Walk-in Mediclinic

I was diagnosed with an ear infection from Dr. N. Pannu.However, I was not questioned if I smoked, as well as not being informed that I shouldn't have been smoking with the infection.I didn't find out until I did some research on Google.

Sharing exp with Dr. Uzma Azam​ at this clinic. SO rude. I am so shocked. My poor mum came home in tears. She has a few health issues and after barely 2 minutes of explaining, the doctor stood up and called it a day. My mum politely said she had more to say, but this doc just said things like, I have other patients to get to - if I spent the time addressing every little thing

I wish I could’ve given NONE stars for this clinic.Seriously, all this time and this clinic still not prepared to handle their patients.My Doctor is Dr. O. She is AWESOME. I have no complaints for her, actually I am STILL in this clinic because of her.ALL THE TIME I have to WAIT AT LEAST ONE HOUR with appointment booked and I just want to get a prescription or get a shot.I am tired of that.It’s SOOO disrespectful!!!If this clinic can not handle WALKING IN, so it’s better change the policy and be more organized and give a better treatment for their patients.

Dr Farsine is thorough in ordering tests. He has to be reminded of what the health issues are but maybe this is to be expected when Doctors see so many patients. He seems to care and gives you time if needed.Female patients I am wondering if you have been uncomfortable during an exam.I have been comfortable until recently. Not sure if the way things were done were appropriate.

Dr. Farzin Kasmaifar easily lied to me few times regarding to refer me to the specialist.He told me he referred me but he didn't i checked with him again he said I did it right now but he didn't.I am wondering what is wrong with him why does he do that?This happened again few months later when I asked to change my specialist. He said he did but he didn't.I made an appointment and he said changing specialist is difficult. But I sent it now . But he didn'tReally UNBELIEVABLE.How can a doctor manipulate his patient without any shame .He is always in rush and you can't ask more than few questions then he ask you to get another appointment.He is neglected doctor about patient.

Dr Farzin is smart, knowledgeable , kind and caring. Couldn't wish for a better Dr. Yes, you have to wait at this clinic but it's because he is so good. Well worth the wait!

I am a walk in patient. I don’t mind waiting but this is my first time at this clinic and I made a appointment @ 320 and been waiting for two hours and still waiting!! I never experience this at any other walk in, I would be in a hour at most...I do not recommend this clinic and I can see why other people don’t recommended either.0 stars for sure.

Dr Farzin is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and smart. I have dealt with him so many times and results was always the same and didn't change. He always spend a great time with me at each appointments and listenes very well to my problems to find the best way to approach it and has never rushed me out of the clinic like some other doctors. On the other hand the management and staff in the clinicin, need a bit approving . Overall Well worth it to visit him.

Worst family doctor I have ever seen in my life! One star is too much for him (Farzin Kasmayifar). No knowledege, no follow up! He treats peaple like his customers!! I don't recommend this guy specifically to persian people!!

First visit, had a good experience. Attended by Dr Uzma Azam. Great clinician, polite and professional. Staff was cooperative. Booked a walk in appointment but got late by 10 min; was attended well
