Popped in a few weeks ago to grab some cat food which was unfortunately out of stock (turns out it was out of stock everywhere). Returned today, not only was the food back in stock but they'd ordered an extra case just for us! Walter cat is very thankful, as are we.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks goes to Mitch for carrying 20 bl cat litter to my car. There’s no way I could’ve made it back to my car without his help. Thank you Mitch for your kind help.

Worst customer experience ever given by staff. They clearly don't care and could care less about their job or anything at all. I wish I could give no stars because they don't deserve any recognition at all. If you want to be under valued, under appreciated and disrespected then shop here. Your pet will never be taken care of treated properly. Staff disregard everyone and have no training or knowledge not anything to do with the pet industry. My suggestion take your business elsewhere or to a company that actually has you and your pet's best interest at heart. This store doesn't.

Been very pleased with their exchange policy on dog food lately. I have a pup that's allergic to the world and having to change food often, it helps with being able to exchange bags. I'd be spending a fortune otherwise. So happy with the customer service and knowledge of the staff too. Just all around amazing service.

Bosley's has their house brand cat food Perform Ultra which is one of the few canned foods that my super fussy cat will eat. Good quality and grain free.
