If I could give a zero or less star I so would. We ordered something at 7pm in-stock online at the Langley store, 3pm the next day I checked the status of my order and it was canceled with no notification. I then called the store curbside line and got a message stating that there was no answering service. I then called customer service for the store and got attitude of oh well to bad its canceled not or problem

Today my husband and I had a 10/10 star customer service from Tabitha. She was incredibly informative, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered any questions we had with no hesitation, and we had a lot since we are first time parents. She gave us a very in depth run through of how the strollers work with car seats and gave great recommendations on differences and benefits. You can tell she cares about her customers regardless if they are using a registry or making a purchase that day. We both left feeling more excited and confident about what choices to make. Really hope we are able to have her help again! Would highly recommended talking to her if you have the chance.

This store exceeded all our expectations. Jenny and Delia helped us tremendously with the choice of our first baby stroller.They demonstrated the entire functionality of every model we were interested in, and explained all the features.It was an amazing shopping experience!

I recently visited this location and received the best customer service from Delia. There was an item out of stock that I really wanted and she went above and beyond for me. She checked the back warehouse for me. As well she went on the computer to check inventory at any other locations and if anything was on its way. She was very friendly, informative, had a lot of patience and gave me her opinion too. She also assisted me in getting the alternate option and also checking me out. Awesome customer service. She’s a great asset! Thank you Delia for all your help much appreciated.

Bought a swing for our baby, checked the return policy with customer service before buying it and we were told we would be able to return it for full refund if our baby doesn’t like it. Went back to return after couple of days as baby did not wanna sit in it. We were told that we can’t return it for a refund and we’re given a store gift card instead. Now we have over $100 sitting on a gift card which we can’t spend anywhere else
