Friendly staff and great service .. looking fwrd to my next visit

Brought a truck in with ticking noise and jake brakes not working. Within 2 days they had the truck ripped apart and found the issue for the ticking, (cylinder head had to be replaced), i spent extra money to have the cylinder head shipped within 2 days. They also suggested i replace the injectors ( i opted out of). They had my truck for 1 week before the repairs could be done. They then spent 2 more weeks putting it together. During reassembly, a fuel rail pump broke and an additional cost to me of $1700. With an estimate of nearly $23,000.Get the truck back finally after a total of 3 weeks, to valves out of adjustment (on a now brand new cylinder head) and jake brakes not fixed. The service people tried to kinda iron things out, but the service manager (Kevin) didn't feel they did anything wrong in taking 2 weeks to repair an issue that should have taken no more than 40 hrs in TOTAL.Contacted the general manager Bill on 2 separate occasions to fix the issue, no response. Not sure what i spent 23k on....but rest assured i will never be coming back. Terrible

Very helpful in the Parts department very kind would highly recommend going back there but their parts are very expensive

Doogie is the best mechanic they have really helpful without all the bs if it wasnt for him i would never come here or give 5 stars regardless shoutout to my boy Doogie

Worst service department experience ever, service writer had no experience at all, had no idea what he was talking about, very poorly trained staff, seems like just anyone can get a job there now
