I have worked with Avelino and Joe as not a new but “younger” worker for almost a year now, they take pride in their work that is rarely found today and are willing to help develop brand new- apprentice workers into great journeymen.They care about the safety of the team of men working for them as their own family and produce work almost as an art to watch!
