Service is efficient and friendly.Food is fresh and crispy, not overly Spiced or sauced, etc, just right. We highly recommend this restaurant.

First time there and the food was absolutely delicious. Not a fancy place, but you won't be disappointed.

Disapointed. Vietnamese food is my go-to food when I want to treat myself and I was expecting a lot when I saw those reviews. Compared to all the vietnamese places I've tried this one ranks last (both times I tried it). Meats are served with little to no marinade and all the sauces/marinades/broth I've sampled are extremely bland.

Very good experience! I have been dining here for more than 10 times in the past years. It was great every time, both the food and the service.

A taste of downtown Montreal at our doorstep. What a great restaurant. We moved from NDG close by a couple years ago and one of the things we missed was fine dining, great service at Normal prices. We came here for both lunch and dinner. Fantastic perfectly done dinner with exceptional service. You’d expect to pay a lot more for what you get.Don’t think twice and if you go, say HI to Jimmy for us! He’s the gentleman who will likely be your waiter and will likely become your friend in no time.5 star service and 5 star food.

Found this gem!!! Absolutely delicious, authentic food. A must-try restaurant if you’re in the area. I definitely recommend. The people are nice, friendly and there’s good service. The food is so good and flavourful. My favourite is the combo grilled chicken and beef, comes with rice, spring roll, salad and fish sauce. It also comes with a soup, I usually switch mine for the tonkonoise beef soup instead, which is also sooo good. I wish I would’ve known about this place before. Now that we do, we go regularly. Cheers!

Good food at reasonable price and good service. It’s always the same friendly family staff. Bring your own wine. The inside is kinda outdated but everything is clean. Funny thing the server will be topping your glass of water at every other slurp you take or so. You’ll never run out of water that’s for sure. Try their fried banana for desert it’s really good.

Highly disappointed, worst restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in. Don’t listen to the positive reviews. I usually love Viet food, and someone recommended this place to me. Regret is what I felt after i left. First of all, the food felt like I was eating plastic, barely any flavor. I literally felt like it was poison. None of my family liked it either. Even the soup I chose (tonkinoise soup) was bad. Undercooked noodles, flavorless meat, simply not edible. My guess is that the cooks are not even Vietnamese. If you plan to go in this restaurant, don’t. Trust me on that one.

Proportions were generous! Unfortunately it tasted like the ingredients for the Tonkinoise soup and curry came from a can, and their imperial rolls were chewy/stale? and clearly low quality frozen product.
