This women had fees set at $30/day had just finished becoming a OHSO and started a new job not even 8 month Into it she sends an email out to parents she's raising it to $50/day I sent it to subsidy office they didn't do anything...I refused to pay that and paid my fees as signed ...she then sent an email stating if the new fees were not made by a date she would be refusing care...I showed up that am and she refused care ...substiy office said they would help and didn't do anything...this women should never work w kids and I was told many kids have been injured...she was always half asleep and never up by 7 drop off

My child looks forward to going everyday

I enrolled my son at this childcare facility and will like to say it is the worst experience so far, twice my son came home with an injured face and neck. She said he was involved in a scuffle with another kid and she did that to his face. She could not provide me any details of where she was when the kid did that to my son. Some days later he came back with an injured neck. This time around she did not have any story to say as she was not even aware he was injured in the first instance.When I told her I was withdrawing my son from her daycare she demanded I must pay her 4 weeks pay even though, I have subsidy running and had informed her earlier. She insisted I must pay the money and called me so many unthinkable names when I tried dialoging with her on the said payment.I won't recommend the daycare home to anyone. If you can do so stay away from her especially new immigrants into the country.
