Can't read the instructions on the screen once the sun gets on the back of the car wash.Very annoying, also it never let's you pay with coins. Terrible screen to read in any lighting conditions.

Excellent staff, they went out of their way to help us with a plumbing problem regarding our trailer,even giving personal number if we needed help after hours... wonderful people ❤️

I recently purchased a 2023 travel trailer from Del Mastro at the RV SHOW in Toronto. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.I am so happy with my decision. The quality is outstanding and has exceeded my expectations. ALDO was very friendly and helpful, PAUL was great to deal with him and make the financing process really easy. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a travel trailer.

Excellent car wash. I wish they gave receipts. Paper is al always empty.!! I love that car wash.

Went to get a wash done... No way to get a wash done with the business closed , it says 24 hours ? Very frustrating

bought 1st trailer in 2019 was a 2018 passport 175 bh that was still in stock it had a couple of faults but they had them fixed in no time fantastic service dept just traded that one in today for a larger rv Aldo and Ken are really great to deal with will absolutely buy from them again

We bought a new RV from these folks . The heater did not work I had to fix it myself . The tv will not pair with anything . Much to my surprise the bbq grill was filthy and looked used,as well Ken told me that they never test these! When I told Ken that the decals are peeling he told me that they would just cut them back! Can you imagine ! 50 plus grand and they want to butcher the appearance? A tube of kids candy was found in one of the bunks as well the unit was generally dirty when delivered. I asked for manuals that were missing and was told to google them or use the qr codes. All of the manuals do not seem to show up on the qr codes. I truly hope that they will stand up and help solve these issues as to this point the service dept has not been doing well at returning calls. Generally this has turned an exciting time into a disruptive and dissapointing experience . Update April 18th 2023. I spoke with Dean last fall at the snowmobile show in Peterborough. He assured me that he would make certain that all was good. We spent the winter pleased that all would be good. Fast forward to April 16th. we pulled the trailer less than 1km. The bottom fell off of the new trailer at speeds of less than 20km per hour. I contacted the dealership only to be stonewalled by a very arrogant Dave in the service management. He informs me that my warranty is now over. And that I have to pay for it to be hauled on a flatbed to Peterborough due to the fact that it is unroad worthy. Why is it unroadworthy you might ask. It is unroad worthy because when Del mastro reattached the bottom of the trailer only 1 run of tape and no caulking was used. As of this morning Dean has not contacted us,his service manager informs me that we will likely have to pay for the repairs to this RV. All of this on a unit that we could not properly use all of last year. This unit has all of 2 kms on it in our ownership. I am extremely dissatisfied and would never recomend Prowler or Del Mastro to any one.

They guys are great people who did an amazing job on our trailer and explained everything they did and changed for .

Front desk was super helpful and very easy to deal with nice showroom great selection.
