Amy was an absolute boss! My move was smooth and efficient (Just how I want them especially when moving from another province). When I noticed some issues, Amy was quick to get it sorted out.Edit: AddendumPlease be aware. When issues arise after living there for a month, response time is not the greatest. And not quick to repair things that require it. Communication has dropped. Will not be renewing my lease.

Contact and action on any issues with our condo have always been promptly addressed and acted upon as quickly as possible. We are very pleased with the service.David & Cécile Christopher

Rodent infested, price gouged, illegally entering units, never present, don't care, and they are located on Killiam not Mapleton. This company wants nothing more then to rise prices and put good people in bad situations. They have zero regard of renters and rearly follow NB rules and regulations for renting. They feel that even though you are paying God awful amounts for rent that they should be able to walk into your home at any moment with ZERO notice. We have had many of our personal items stolen from our storage and even from our apartments. They are horrible and Amy is so rude she will cuss you out and threaten you if you disagree with her. They also have ZERO regards for health regulations while covid restrictions were in place. Please avoid them at all costs. They will charge you for having an emergency after office hours, which will never be dealt with because no one answers their phone and when you call the emergency line they say they will relay messages and they never do. Not to mention they have no cares about renters safety. It took months to convince them to make our building secure because they didn't believe we were in any trouble with regards to safety despite having our home broke into multiple time and having our washer and dryers torn into and expensive bikes amoung other things stolen. They claimed creating a secure apartment building was just too expensive qnd would would qll have to have our rent increased by 50 dollars a month for adding an extra lock on our front door, also they force you to pay bills on a renters portal but refuse to take your money on time then blame you for their short comings, and refuse to help you if you call and will only help if its reported on the rental portal in which to access you much pay you own wifi. So if you feel like you cannot afford wifi or some data ( which let's be real some people cant) then you will never get work done in your home and it will be very hard to pay your rent on time. Just qn overall bad experience and I can 100% that there are better landlords in town please keep clear of them. The best way I can describe them is a scam artists.

Great experience with this property management company as a property owner for 10 years, While living out of province, they managed our East Coast property and were very accommodating, professional, and provided exceptional service for both the owners and the tenants. Would highly recommend Moe, the manager, that assisted us and gave us peace of mind for the last 10 years, as well as being a great help as we sold our property this year.JLD

Dealing with Greenlight has been quite refreshing compared to other businesses I've dealt with in the past. They respond quickly to any inquiry and have handle any issues or concerns professionally. I really appreciate their online Tenant portal, which makes paying rent and corresponding with them very easy. Looking forward to staying with them for a while.

I have lived in an apartment that is looked after by greenlight property now for 6 years I've lived here 8 year. Greenlight is amazing if I have any problem no matter how small or how big I let them know and it's taken care if right awsy, they try to keep tenants that are respectful to other tenants and right now the building I'm in is the best since a few bad ones left.
