Good place to buy stuff, terrible place to return anything. Premium items, budget customer service.I tried to return some blue light glasses that didn't fit well and they didn't let me return them after they inspected it for the tiniest of scratches that you won't see unless you hold it exactly right. For all I know that scratch could have been there when I bought it. Even my Rocky Spy sunglasses don't have any scratches at all and I've had them for over a year. I recommend buying glasses/sunglasses elsewhere.If you still want to buy glasses/sunglasses here, make sure to inspect them carefully for any tiny scratches before you buy, because they won't let you return them if there are any.Update: I added some pics of the glasses with the scratch. Normally it's very difficult to see (as you can tell in one of the pics). While I don't know who and how the scratch occured, I think it is worth bringing up that the scratch is on the INSIDE. I can see how scratches could have occured on the outside when using it, but on the inside? I'm normally very careful with my stuff and wouldn't cause scratches very easily.It's really unfortunate, I liked shopping here. But their customer service just isn't up to what I'd expect from a premium store.

Its been a long time since I have been there, but I can tell you that the store and the employee's are awesome... My wife and I went in there just looking, and then I started talking with the guy at the front counter. He was so approachable and easy to talk to and after about a half an hour of talking with him I decided I was going to buy some sunglasses, I ended up getting myself and my wife a pair lol. I can't remember the guy's name that I was talking to, but he really knew a lot about sunglasses and it made buying them a lot easier sometimes I don't know what I should be looking for. overall the great experience and I would definitely go back.

Was looking for some Yeti cooler bags. I called all around the city. The staff at Foursight was super helpful over the phone, found the extras that I needed in the right colors. I arrived at the store, everything was ready for me. The staff even offered to help me carry them all to my car. Super friendly and helpful, definitely recommend! Thanks for making it so easy!!

I went in looking for a specific G-Shock watch. They didn't have it in stock but Andrea took all of my information and ordered it in for me. It showed up in a timely manner and they were quick to call me to say that it had arrived. This is the third watch I've bought from them, and I will continue to do so!

I came in looking for sunglasses and was completely lost and had no idea what style or lens I wanted. Connor who was very patient and kind, helped me find the perfect pair by helping me try on pretty much every pair in the store! He went above and beyond and made my experience great. His other coworker was also very helpful and sweet, I would definitely shop at this location again and highly recommend them! Thanks again!

Awesome store, the staff is amazing and I’ve only ever had great experiences. I live out of town and only get a chance to visit this store maybe 2-3 times a year and every time I get the chance to go the staff has remembered who I was, what my recent purchases were and makes me feel comfortable and like they genuinely care when they ask about you. The amazing staff is what makes this store so amazing along with it having the best selection of accessories around. If you’ve never been I’d highly recommend going because you will be happy you did.

Purchased a Nixon watch online and came in to pick it up, they fitted the watch in 5 mins and I was on my way! Great products and service!!
