Great experience. Ed is a very cheerful and upfront guy. No haggle prices so he's not hiding anything. Got a good deal on a Subaru Impreza. Had some problems with the brakes and battery and Ed fully paid for a new battery and brake work after I came back to him two weeks later. Again great experience; I would recommend others looking for good cars with little hassle to check Acen Motors out.

I dealt with Ed to purchase a vehicle just this past week and for personal reasons I had to back out of the deal. Although I lost my deposit ( I understand he registered the car for me) he was very professional and didn’t get pushy like a lot of other sales people might do. I really felt bad about backing out. He went above and beyond for me answering questions about the vehicle I was looking at. If situations were different I would definitely choose Ed’s dealership to purchase a car. I just bought a beautiful car from Acen motors and I couldn't be happier. Ed was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and he made me feel comfortable like I was buying a car off a friend. I appreciated his opinions and the shop is clean and well organized. Ed and Mark both showed they cared by helping me by talking and answering my questions honestly and without any pressure. I feel I got a good buy and I am very pleased. I am sure our paths will cross again.

What can I say ? Ed !!!! Class....Class... All the way. It cannot be bought.. you are either born with it or not... We drove to Hamilton from North of Toronto and meet Ed and his pal Mark. After a less than pleasant experience just prior, at a Burlington Dealer, Ed and Mark were refreshing, polite, knowledgeable breaths of fresh air. My son and I were happily surprised to find the vehicle exactly as advertised and pictured. We were not Looked down upon" or treated as "tolerated second class citizens". I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Ed (the owner) and sent other people there. He is a very likeable guy and straight up. He even went out and found a vehicle for my daughter without knowing if she would buy it (she did). Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

One of the sadest and frustrating experience with one of the staff members ( maybe the owner ) !!!! Contacting the dealer 2 days ago being very interested in buying one of their's car ! Answer to my call saying that the car is not for sale cause the owner is using fir himself ! I was asked to call after 10 days ! Being really intersted to buy that car I contacted again the dealer by e-mail ! Get a fast answer trough e-mail saying that I will be contacted by someone asap ! Nobody contacted me ! Next day in the morning car was sold !!!! Sadly this is my experience with this dealership ! Of course that I will follow more complaints cause this behaviour is completely unfair wrong and dangerous for future customers !

I bought a 2004 Mercedes Benz SL500 from Acen Motors. It frankly was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've ever had. Ed Couto is more of a car enthusiast than a car salesman. In fact - there is no haggling. The price is the price. This is my 6th Benz - I've bought three directly from Mercedes in the past - and I would buy again from Ed in a heartbeat.
