Very good customer April was patient but made sure I got what I needed shunda also got me an earlier delivery thanks so much rental center

They have terrible customer service. Won’t blast this employee but he spoke very rude to me this morning that was way out of his way to speak to someone.

Too many pop up ratings. I am not interested in constant popups and feedback

They store is about sales but the delivery drivers need better people and customer service skills.

I went into Rent-A-Center, looking for a TV and compared prices. The prices are high, however the store was clean and the sale person was nice. I will return back to buy the TV.

The prices are way too high just to rent something. For example; I wanted to rent a laptop, it cost $24 a week and $998 over time to own it. But the only good this is you can but it out right for just $375 out the door. (That goes for everything in the store). But make sure they have new in the box and not the one on display. Also, when you buy out right at that price, there is no warranty. Sold as it. When it comes to computers for me, it has to be new in the box and never opened or setup. The other bad thing is they don't list great VIP details on the laptop, which is also very important.

The manager was very professional and courteous.I brought my son with me and it was a delight to shop at this RentaCenter.Will definitely do business again.

The heavy set lady here is very rude, and unprofessional. The same day delivery is NOT true because it took her a almost 2 weeks to call my references back. I literally had to call her in order for her to do her job. There was a customer in the store with us and she talked to them very rudely. She doesn't smile and comes off very unpleasant as if you bothered her. The lady and the guy stay in the back and take numerous lunch breaks. The prices are hiked up on the contract compared to the in store and online promotions! she told me that my sofa set was new, we found out that it was used. She just had her maintenance guy to make it look presentable. I setup for direct deposit and when my due date came up, they didn't take it out. This was a Saturday. Monday she called and harassed my husband after she couldn't get in touch with me (i was at work). She told my husband that our account was in delinquent (after 1 day past due lol) and that they was going to come pick up the furniture up from my house. WE literally had the couch for 2 weeks. The first week she claimed she waived the fee because she was late getting us our furniture and then the second week is when they didn't take the money off the card. We are currently on the way to physically give her the money so that she no longer harass us. I understand that some people cannot be trusted but she shouldn't treat every customer as if they have stole from her lol! She needs more training. I pray to God she is not a manager because this would be poor representation of the rent a center company! This is the rent a center on Jefferson inside that plaza. The lady is heavy set and brown/light skin. I will get her name soon and update. The guy there wasn't really that bad but i personally think they just come to work and sit and relax. They didn't know we was even in the showroom until5 minutes later ...just wow
