Sunday night I noticed water had filled the backwater valve pit in my basement. I wasn't sure if it was an emergency situation, so I called Premier Plumbing at around 1 am. Josiah answered the call and was super nice and friendly, even though I was calling in the wee hours of the morning. I explained what was going on in my basement and he felt that my sump pump had gone out and that it wasn't an emergency situation. He said that he could be at my house by 8 am Monday morning and would have a new sump pump ready to install if that was the issue. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, and determined my sump pump had failed and needed to be replaced. He and his co-worker (I can't remember his name, I'm sorry!!) replaced the sump pump quickly and made sure it was in working order and that the water was draining from the valve pit and sump pit. Josiah also asked if there was anything else I needed before he left, and so I was able to also receive an estimate on another project I'd like to have done eventually.I really cannot recommend this company more! Their prices are really competitive and reasonable and the service is excellent. I've worked with other plumbing companies in the area and this one is really the best I've worked with in years. Please give them a chance! They definitely deserve the support!

Brandon came out to our house to install a water softener. He was very professional, personable, and helpful. He did a great job explaining everything. He was quick, clean, and the job was pristine! Would highly recommend.

We had a water heater that stopped working recently. Shortly after I called the company, Drew came and assessed the problem quickly. We chose to replace the water heater, and he came again next day and installed a new water heater. Everything was so quick and professional, plus good communication.
