Fast and efficient shipping!However, there were no “counterfeit” codes on their UWELL Caliburn AK3 devices user manuals. I bought four of them, they’re great products, however, I couldn’t register any these on Caliburn website for 180-day warranty. I probably won’t be ordering devices from their shop in the future for this reason.

Brutal. Bought two kits with similar names online, but they sent me two of the same kit. They have not responded to any email correspondence. Funny thing is they sent me an email thanking me for my first purchase, stating:If you have any feedback

I've been here a few times, as I work in the mall. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. They have recommended me some good disposable vapes. I've tried 3 so far. KadoBar, Stlth, and Mr.Fog.My only complaint is the last couple of times I've been in, They haven't restocked the Mr.Fogs. No big deal for me, I am open-minded and have tried other vapes! Will continue to come and recommend others to this vape shop.

Edit: The sticker price did not Fall" on the box as laughably suggested by the manager who wasn't present. The price for that unit was clearly advertised and was a different style then other units with a different sticker price. There were no threats delivered

Friendly staff, great location, convenient & good prices.Clean store, knowledgeable staff, he explained to us clearly about the government vape tax that came in effect Jan 1/23 across Canada.The bad reviews I have read seem to be about the product defaulting, not the store or about a misunderstanding, definitely no reason for a 1 star review.Helpful & showed us the available tanks and rechargeable disposables. I bought a tank and a Mr Fog disposable & I’m happy with my purchase, I would definitely return next time I’m in Edmonton.

Purchased on a few occasions. Absolutely no complaints! Website is easy to use. Order process was simple and the free shipping option based on a realistic spend amount made it worth it. If you can’t get certain items in your province due to certain “reasons”, these folks should be able to help you out.
