Ordered 3 pack of D'Addario XL10's and they were delivered very fast ( 3 days ) and saved my bacon as I was on my very last set.Amazon can take up to 10 days to deliver strings, I am never going back. Global Strings, thank you! A+

Love the selection and your male retailer, but I have had two very bad experiences with the lady in shop who seems to like to give argumentative unsolicited medical advice. We come in for musical aides, not this. Honestly considering taking the extra time to go to New Minas or Digby next time because even thinking of it gives me anxiety.

Never again. First the online store isn't set up right. You can't even see your account or order history. Then they sent the wrong strings. Had to pay return shipping. Granted, they returned that. The strings that arrived were old stock. Outside package looked moldy.
