I have been a Unitronic customer now for about a month. I had a 2015 Audi A3 with Stage 1+ ECU and Stage 1 TCU.I was involved in a very bad accident and the car was totaled.I reached out to support to see if I could get support for my new (new to me) 2017 VW Alltrack, and Cosmas did not hesitate to help me in every way.Cosmas ensured that my transition over to my new vehicle for tuning support was flawless. He engaged Dustin Angrignon to assist me with reprogramming my UNIConnect Cable.Dustin reached out to me and got on a remote session and did his magic to ensure my cable was not mirrored to my Alltrack.I wanted to let everyone know that the support provided was outstanding, and this is why I tell others about the great software and support Unitronic has provided always.Thank you all again,

I got stage 2 on my 2016 GTI and it's been great. Love the power but love the overrun crackle file more. The UniConnect+ cable came in handy as well when my old downpipe broke and I had to flash back to stage 1+ without having to go to some tuner and did it right in a garage on my laptop.Support is also great too; emails usually get replied to the next business day. I appreciate that they have a dedicated customer service and experts that I can call rather than just a tuner who'd reply at their own convenience. In addition, them having an actual brick and motor headquarters makes me feel more comfortable and trusting the reputation of the company

I tuned my 2010 Jetta with Unitronic this summer and I have to say I am not disappointed. One of my favorite modifications I have done so far. Great products and amazing customer service. They helped me with a problem I encountered (on a Sunday!) while trying to tune my car with Uniconnect+. They helped me out and solved my problem with ease. Also I don't mind supporting a local Montreal company! Will be buying more Unitronic products in the future. You will not be disappointed doing business with them!

They have reliable tunes and top notch customer service. I had some technical issues, and Dustin fixed it quickly. They are easy to reach and answers all my questions. Glad I went with these folks.

The Unitronic tune made me fall in love all over again with my car. Nothing crazy yet. Just the Stage 1 and Unitronic mid pipes for a slightly throatier sound. The Stage 1 tune on my 2012 A3 gave it a noticeable bump in performance without any negative side effects. I love their products.

I've known them from the beginning, good people, solid tunes and 10 min away from my house, good to have a company like this in montreal, love the shows and the car meets.

Purchased stage 1+ ECU with stage 2 DSG as suggested by the Unitronic team for my B8.5 Audi S4.WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!Completely new car, the shifts are smoother, faster, and the boost holds throughout every shift like it should have from factory. The power is consistent and makes my smile every time I get on it.I think the biggest thing to note is their customer service. They honestly care and will do everything to make your tuning experience amazing. Every time I have reached out to them they have been extremely quick in responding.I cannot give Unitronic enough credit for the amazing product and great service. Plus my Audi feels like a rocket ship.

Great software and support but unfortunately that pails in comparison to the fact you CANNOT transfer if you buy a new car. I spent $2,500 on a stage 3 ECU and stage 2 TCU tune on my Audi S7, I also never used the Stage 3 flash. I sold it after 11 months to upgrade to an Audi RS7 and that money is now out the window, I have proof my car was sold not tuned as well. My recommendation to unitronic is to offer a trade credit in order to keep existing customers. I would gladly buy again at a discounted rate or for a transfer fee. I do realize this is the case with many tuners but get ahead of the curve, you will dominate the market.Update - I appreciate the response back from uni and yes I did like the product, it was just a real kick realizing I completely lost $2500 when every other part I can resell. The car was auctioned so selling to next owner is out of the question. I really think a customer loyalty program should exist, no one would buy a tune anywhere else.I did ask customer support about a credit since the stage 3 was never used and they said sorry there is nothing we can do. I will try again after the holidays. The entire stage 3 build is still sitting in my garage in the boxes.

I've tuned both my B8 and B9 SQ5's with Unitronic tunes. Both cars ran and continue to run amazing. Won't tune with anyone else but Unitronic.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My car was blown up by another tuning company and during the rebuild we decided to switch companies, best decision ever!! ALL of our Audis and VWs are on their software and it’s great! Their hardware is reasonably priced and very high quality! You’ve got yourself a forever customer!
