Amazing shop and amazing workers. I felt safe there all through the pandemic as the rules were strictly enforced and i saw them cleaning constantly. The prices are mostly great and it goes to a good cause not to a for profit big wig like Vv.

So well organized and laid out. Staff is helpful and it’s a very pleasant environment to shop in. Their prices on MOST things are very reasonable, especially basic clothing and household items. Sometimes toys and specialty items are overpriced for thrift but they’re still much less than new. There’s a big turnover of merchandise for sale, as they have a coloured tag sale system that keeps things moving out the door at a good pace. You don’t have to sift through junky stuff here! Highly recommend! Wheelchair friendly as well! Plenty of room to maneuver. Also they have an “Elite” card you can purchase for $20 and it’s good for 1 yr from date of purchase. It saves you an extra 10% even on sale items! And there’s a seniors discount day.

The people that work there are rude and could care less about your business. I arrived in the store at 4:32 pm and was told I had 20 minutes to be out of there as I was browsing. I stopped what I was doing and stated that I would leave now; He stated, oh good, thank you. I won’t be back in this store. They were supposed to be open till five.

Absolutely a Gem store! There's some very lovely ladies that work there, Love coming in and getting a warm welcome from them, it warms the heart! The outside looks ordinary, but once you enter into the store it so well assorted, it really feels like a boutique, and not so much a second hand store. Ever since Mother Theresa's thirft store close down, I had to find somewhere else that's worth for my donations - plus giving to a worthy cause. They're prices are reasonable, too!!

I have many hours of experience volunteering and working at Chilliwack Hospice Thrifty Boutique, as well as my fair share of shopping and I’ve never had any bad experiences. All of the staff and volunteers are wonderful, the customers are equally great. It’s easily my favourite thrift store in chilliwack, the displays are gorgeous, all the donated goods are in great condition, prices are crazy good and understandable. If only I could give more than 5 stars!!
