Not only did David arrive exactly when he said he would, he was very patient explaining how each of the units he installed worked. He did a very neat job and left everything neat and tidy! Dave Brown installed a heat pump and did some venting for our range, dryer and fans. We wanted to write a review because we are incredibly happy with his work. This man is passionate about about his work and his clients satisfaction.--Dave educated us thoroughly on our options including mini split heat pumps, providing thoughtful feed back to our questions, of which we had many.- It was clear that he valued our business but there was never any pressure. He encouraged us to take time in our decisions.-He took the time to do the job properly and explained the importance of each step along the way as it related to the long term operation of our mini splits.-He was meticulous. Extremely poor customer service. On 3 attempts over past couple of years to contact David after giving him some major new construction work on Quadra, not once has he responded to both phone messages and emails. Very, very disappointing!!
