Made arrangements on special after working visit to test what parts our water heater needed & check if warehouse had it.Then came back to do the work next morning.He was efficient and got our water heater repaired instead of replacing it.This saved time & money. We no longer had to heat water on stove to wash with.And he put up with my husband behind him watching what he did!

Silver Knight Heating and Plumbing have been great to work with. They've were accommodating, knowledgable and professional to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending them for anything plumbing related. I would probably recommending them for heating but I haven't made use of that service yet.

Had to call multiple times for service. No clear appointment given. Technician called me when he was 10 minutes away. No hourly rate told to me and no invoice at point of service. Received an invoice by email 5 days later, told it was due that day. When I emailed for clarification /breakdown of the invoice it took 2 emails to get a response. Sorry Devin, you are the best and we have had good dealings in the past. I wish I could have reached you directly.Laura

Our hot water tank burst and the autoshutoff did not stop the water from exiting the tank As well, the drain from the tray to outside was partially blocked so water was leaking into our upstairs closet even with the water turned off. To complicate things I was just home from eye surgery and we still distance due to our medical conditions.We contacted Silver Knight Heating & Plumbing and talked to Leanne who was wonderful. Devin had Al (with mask) out with a new tank within 2 hours and it was replaced within 2 hours and it was not an straigtforward install due to location). Devin also stopped by to assist. Al came back a few days later and replaced the pressure tank and repiped the tray to ensure that we would not have a repeat of the tray not draining. Thank you Leanne, Devin & Al.

SKH&P has installed and serviced my wood fired air tights in my residence and rental suite. Their team worked with me to choose the most efficient, quality, cost efficient stove and 3 years later still smiling. Recently called and booked an appointment for a service to the stoves and really appreciated the booking system and follow up by the technician. Only complaint was the amount of time it took to get the parts.
