Called to inquire about replacing zipper on my boot,,her reply was not my job we don't do that,I then asked for a recommendation was rudely told this isn't a call center. I recommend you change your ad and hire staff with a little customer service

Ski jacket repair here was great price and quality no visible stitching so it was done properly thank you highly recommend.

Had a little mishap with my wedding dress BEFORE my wedding and took it straight to quality. They took out the stains (which made my ugly cry in the store) and even deliberated it to my MOHs house for safe keeping. Unreal service!

They do a very amazing job on altering tailoring and fixing ripped clothes in a timely manner and price is very good too I will always go back to them

Everything is really good here. The tailor can be real busy as they seem to be the only ones to do big jobs in town. Just be patient. Zipper replacements are what I use them for on jackets, and they are always spot on.

Had a leather vest dry cleaned and 5 small patches sewed on and was charged 130.00... Vest was 38.00 cleaning and still there are stains... 15.00 a patch???? Even at 15 minutes to sew each patch would be 1.00 a minute . Not worth 60.00 an hour... too pricey.. This is not the first overpriced job I had them do... will not use again..

Went to get a zipper replaced (I had the replacement zipper). They want $32 plus tax!! It's not a complicated fix. That's not what makes me mad. What made me mad was the rude face the lady made when I mentioned I'm going to look for a better price. I work in the service industry and I have to be nice. Is it wrong to expect the same?

I've had this favourite cold-weather waist coat for like ever that I've worn every winter since new and the other week the zipper finally broke loose at the bottom. I'd repaired it before with some crazy glue, but there wasn't anything left on the zipper itself to adhere to so I thought I would need to buy a new jacket. I mean it's been beat up, has the odd stain on it, but it's so comfy...just not with a broken zipper. Instead of going online to find where I could go to look for a new coat, I thought I’d try to find a place that did alterations, namely zipper repair. Found Quality and called, they said they did so I dropped it off. When I was there, I did mention it didn’t matter if the zipper changed the “look” of the coat as there was a flap that covered it. A week later It was ready and OMG, I cannot tell that it had been changed, colour was a match, and it was also a better zipper than what was on there in the first place. Added bonus was it was far cheaper than replacing the coat. Thank you so much! I changed into it first chance I had LOL

Terrible customer service. Did not complete tailoring as discussed. When asked to repair it properly they made a mess of the garment and added poor stitching on top of poor serging on top of the wrong repair and still failed to complete the task.

After having a $500 French hoodie collected at my house by this company for dry cleaning, some little girl phoned me up a couple of days later and basically accused me of trying to abscond over a $24 payment and demanded payment immediately with a credit card, which I paid, immediately, with a credit card. I actually couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I gave the manger the opportunity to correct this privately but he dug in with the ludicrous accusation and told me I should have paid in advance and that they “always require payment in advance” which is total nonsense because they never have requested it in the dozens of times I’ve dropped things off. I don’t know if there’s new owners or what’s going on but I must warn against using this company now and everybody in my family refuses to go to them anymore. If they had just apologized, I would have accepted it and that would have been the end of it. Ironically, the cleaning was good.
