If I can give 0 rating, I would. We have everything set before we move to our new place and they moved the appointment last minute. We already have someone coming the next day to install our home security but that won't be possible without the internet. I would always go for Telus but too bad they do not provide internet in that area so I don't have any other options. Very poor service so I don't recommend this company.

So frustrated. New customer here... day one the modem (finally) arrives in the mail and the connection doesn't work. I phone support and wait two hours for them to tell me that the only time they have techs available is Tues/Thurs 12-5 - and yes, that means you need to quit your day job and be at your house waiting for five hours.

Fast efficient friendly service but the business hours are the website are incorrect, as the retail outlet in Camrose closes at 430pm weekly not 5 pm as stated on the website

Not a good start. The website says they provide service to my address. When I try to continue it says to contact customer service to verify. I cannot get ahold of customer service via phone or chat. I hope this is not what their customer service is always like.

Absolutely terrible company. I had a credit with them of over $200 When I left. I requested extra time to return their equipmet. They put me in collection's for a piece of equipment worth less than $500 ruining my credit. This is an awful company with terrible customer service and a complete disregard for human life.

I have not started using their service yet but I already had a terrible experience! Changing our installation date in a very last minute without letting us know beforehand is very incovenient! We had booked off from work just for the appointment and now this? And now because of this we have to book off from work AGAIN and pay the installation fee for our home security since we have to move the date as well! Giving us a $40 credit does not help! If only I could keep my Telus to our new place I would. I would mot recommend Eastlink!

Extremely helpful when closing my account, they do not accept returns at the site so they helped me get the account closed wich didn't cost anything and helped me get the postage and router boxed up l, all I have to do is drop off at post office.

Crooked company. I was told by the post office clerk to ENSURE I keep my receipt for tracking as they will charge you and say they didn't receive the equipment return.I kept it. I was invoiced over 500. The customer service representative said that they didn't receive it. I supplied the tracking number. I was then told that receiving only got 2 of the roughly about 8 items required. I said why does my receipt indicate over 14lbs of equipment then. She mentioned she will get back to me. And next I recieced an email that my account is successfully closed without owing the 500 dollars. Talked about this amongst my friends and it sounds like this is common practice from eastlink. My advice. Steer clear from a company willing to attempt to rip of its customers.

I do not recommend Eastlink. However, you are probably obligated in a captive market as they were the only one I could choose from for my house for a decent internet speed. When I signed up, I confirmed if I chose the year contract (to avoid the completely unrealistic month-to-month fees) I would not be penalized for moving to a place that Eastlink does not service (as I literally cannot move my account there). I moved cities and the Eastlink agent I closed my account with said it was all good. Then, I get charged over $250 which I only find out after phoning Eastlink to ensure they received my motem (because other reviewers say Eastlink lies about this and sends creditors after you). So I had to phone twice to receive the final confirmation that Eastlink would keep it's word and not penalize me for moving somewhere they do not service (obviously I'm not going to live my life based on where Eastlink services). I don't know what's worse, if this was incompetence or wilful intent to break their word and charge me. If you cancel do not trust them that your account is actually cleared until the next full billing cycle ends. The onerous process of cancelling my services with Eastlink makes me very cautious to ever use their service again.
