Wildlife Shield

We heard some creaking up on our attic and contacted Wildlife Shield right away. Richard came the very next day, very knowledgeable and friendly, he had told us what he had observed - a raccoon family had nestled in our attic. He installed the one way doors to humanely get them out and he walked us through everything. We are currently waiting for Wildlife Shield to come back for the follow up but we were extremely happy with the services that Richard provided and wanted to recommend!

We have used Wildlife Shield several times. They are very professional and get the job done. Simon is very prompt and helpful in organizing the assessment of our situation. We have had difficulty with rats and flies. Jason and Patrick, the technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and absolutely wonderful. They got the job done in a very timely manner. Our issues are resolved and I feel very confident in Wildlife Shield and completely recommend them to anyone with any wildlife issues.

Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with a squirrel that had entered the soffit of our house. He also added mesh to our chimney to prevent unwanted entrants. We also liked that photos of repairs were provided.

My son had been telling me for weeks that there was a ghost in his room. Naturally, our initial response was that ghosts aren't real. Turns out that squirrels are real, and one or more had taken up residence in our attic. The technician came the next day and installed a humane one-way door. Fast work, super helpful. Strongly recommend.

We had a racoon living in our chimney, which then led to it living in our fireplace which has been drywalled over. We called Wildlife Shield on a Saturday and Richard came to our house Monday morning and installed a one-way door on our double stack chimney. When the racoon proved to not be able to get out of the one way door, Richard came back and repositioned the door for us at no extra charge. Great service and very knowledgeable! I can't wait to have a good nights sleep again :)

Very good service. Professional and efficient. Keep the raccoon away from our house and even did some repairs for free. Reasonable cost to reinforce the weak spots around the house. Special shout-out to Mr. You. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable! Highly recommended!

Called them at 11:30 pm in a panic, they called me in the morning and showed up the next day and took care of my racoon problem in a humane way. Would highly recommend Wildlife Shield.Second revue:It is my second time using Wildlife Shield and I am so happy with their services. I was a bit hysterical on the phone and Simon was patient and reassuring. Adrian and Richard were the service providers to remove baby raccoons from my house and they did a great job. Those raccoons were pesky and they had them come back twice but Wildlife Shield was prompt, efficient and humane. I highly recommend them if you have any wildlife in your house. Thank you

Mother raccoon and 4 babies totally took over my garage. I called Wildlife Shield from a newspaper ad and Wildlife was there right away. They answered my many questions and worked quickly to install a safe, hugely effective and humane one-way small exit 'door' for the raccoons to exit as they left for their night prowl. Gone within a few hours the same day, i.e. FAST! Wildlife Shield also inspected the entire garage foundation, walls, windows, etc. to ensure there were no other potential entry points I needed to be concerned about. Luigi and Callum were highly informative and very pleasant to deal with. They made a tough challenge easy. Thanks, guys.

We had an issue with either mice, squirrels or rats getting into our attic and walls. We called the Wildlife Shield team through The Exterminators and spoke with Grant Shepley. He came to the house the next day to perform a very thorough inspection and prepare a report suggesting next steps. We agreed, then Grant came back and completed a bunch of exclusion work for us. Since then we have had no more problems. Grant was thorough, he did what he said he would do, he was professional, and courteous. I highly recommend him.
