Showed up for an oil change appointment at 9 AM. At 10:30 AM, I could still see my car on hoist and asked how much longer. The man at counter goes to the garage and came back and started talking quietly to manager. The manager finds an oil filter that's been sitting at the top of the counter whole time and gives it to the man at counter. Shortly after, the man came back and processed invoice without offering any apology nor explanation. When I asked an hour and half?" he replied "Yeah I know

During my regular commute my lugg nuts and wheel bolts decided they’ve had enough (completely snapped off- see photos below). After a quick phone call the fellas at Midas assured me they could help. CAA dropped me off in their back lot shortly there after and before the end of the work day Midas called me and informed me what was happening. They were professional and courteous. I got my car back the following business day without a hitch (punny). Very please with their customer service, communication and clarity. Good guys with an honest rep.

Took my car there because of a rattling noise from underside. It was a heat shield, they fixed within a half hour. No charge. Excellent service, trustworthy, will return for my vehicle service needs

I had a Mercedes valve cap on my tires, they checked my tires and didn't put those on.After I noticed and I told them that happened they even ignored that they forgot to put those on. I won't go there again maybe next time they forget something bigger and more important.

I went there last week on a appointment to switch w. tires with regular tires. Once I called I cleared that my car tires are run flat and asked how long I need to wait and was told about 1 hour. But when I got there it seemed none was noted. After finishing the work I was told that I have to pay $50 more because of the tire(last year Midas aurora did the job for no extra) so I asked isn't same franchise? Answer was this location has its own pricing! 2nd negative experience, despite planning for about 1 hr being away from work it took almost 3 hours to get my car ready. Overall experience wasn't good at all and will try to avoid going back there.

I emailed Sunday night to book an appointment for an oil change, and a tire swap. I received an email back early Monday morning, confirming an appointment later in the day. Work was completed in a timely manner, and I was satisfied with the job completion

These people are amazing. they are the nicest people that I know. They helped me so much and they were nice enough to give me advice and do their best for me. Today was my first time going to a mechanic myself and I absolutely loved this experience. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING.

I've used this Midas location for changing tires between winter and summer and back. Friendly and easy-going staff, they've always taken the car in at the scheduled time and finished the job in a timely manner. Reasonably prices for tire swaps - certainly compared to your dealer. Solid local business option.
