I was interested in being involved in the process and learning as much as I could with what was going on with my sewer pipes. Typically contractors don't enjoy clients watching over their shoulder as they work. However, Nicholas was more than willing to provide information, experience and a great diagnosis of my lines. He provided me with multiple options as to how to tackle a root invasion issue. Could not be happier with the work.
