Came faster than I expected. The vents look great but they are a little loud upwards 60mph. They take a little effort to get them snug also. Overall I'm very happy with these vents thanks alot guys for the creativity

To start off, it is ALOT of work to get these things in. I am a handy man i had the basic tools to get this done but it was very difficult because i am a beginner with cars and they provided with the most basic instructions ever. In the details below it sounds like i'm ranting and I am but the bottom line is I love the look of my car now and every time I get in I just have a smile.Fit and finishThe measurement was right on. The length of my existing aero kit was the exact length of the side splitters and same as the front lip and rear splats. However the screws they provide are horrible and require a lot of patience to get tight and hold properly. I am nervous that they will come loose in a few months so I'll have to keep an eye on it. Lastly the screws on the side splitters were too long and pushed in to button of my car removing the paint and corrison resistant coating (in picture). I had purchase corrison spray and put a small layer of paint over it. This wouldn't have happened if they provided better instructions but thats another topic...InstructionsThey should have provided more detail on the instruction. On the front lip they drilled 2 holes that fit perfectly on the existing screws but they didin't provide a longer version of those screws. the provide there typical screws that don't fit on to the car. I ended up going to homedepot and purchased the screws myself but I was very frustrated by this process and the lack of instructions/guidance. I feel I mounted the side splitters a bit too far and it wouldn't have happened if again.. they provided detailed instructions. There were many times that I wanted to quit and bring it in but I i managed to get everything done in about 20 hours. Like I mentioned if you don't know anything about cars and you are not a handy man. I would highly advise against doing this.LooksWith all that ranting the look was exactly what I wanted especially on the front lip. looking back I could have gone without the rear splats and the side splitters. But I ultimatly love this car right now and it does make all the work worth it. I probably wouldn't do it again or i'd only do the lip but now that it is done. The missed one of the screws in the bag and they shipped it right away. Very nice peopleI've never done anything like this so i didn't know what I was getting myself into. But overall if you are looking for something to spice up your ride. This is the place.

Great service, answered any questions I had promptly, and kept me up to date on the progress of my lip. Also, even with the tracking number they sent me updates when it was in transit and on day of delivery told me when to expect arrival.

I cannot say enough good things about this business and Jeremie, who worked with me every step of the way. I had been to the end of the internet looking for a front splitter to fit my make and model, which apparently nobody makes for my car (2016 Audi A7 quattro non-Sline). I came across their website and reached out. I'm in sales and customer relations, so when I make a purchase and have questions before doing so, it is very rare to find someone that treats me like I treat my customers and how I would want to be treated. Jeremie was super responsive, and did all that he could to earn my business. I mean that, he really earned my business. He went above and beyond. He sent me a stencil of a model that was close to mine (which cost him out of pocket shipping expenses, especially to the USA), took my alterations that I had sent back, and made a BEAUTIFUL splitter and had it shipped out quickly. You can tell that they love what they do, and they want to get it right. I'm currently working to get a few other things lined up so that I can give him more business and order some side splitters. If a google search has brought you here and you are leery about having something custom made and shipped, don't be concerned. Give these guys a try. Thank you Jeremie!
