I’ve experienced the worst level of service. Because of the way how Mercedes Benz Financial services handled my case I decided to switch to Porsche. I’ve been MB Canada client for almost 20 years. I know they don’t care. Without me they have many other clients. I wish their management would read this and hear us out.

There is zero accountability at this business. I requested for a payout quote for my lease and was provide with a figure. I made payment and then got an email saying they needed more money since their ‘system’ has issues. I found out after that the figures I had been presented with didn’t add up so I decided not to payout the lease anymore. I then requested for a refund and have since then been given every manner of shoddy treatment imaginable. One staff member hung up on me, each time I call I have to explain that I want my money back. There is no established complaint process or supervisor to speak to. They have been working on issuing a refund for over a month. No one calls back when they say they will or keeps any promises. I have been given three different deadlines for resolution of this issue and at no point did they call to let me know they couldn’t keep their promise. I always have to call back to complain and have them give a new excuse. This will be the last time I deal with MBFS and it will probably end with litigation the way things are going.

Terrible customer service with no knowledge. They gave me the wrong date for my new maturity balloon payment and caused me a lot of AVOIDABLE distress, anxiety and problems.. I don't understand why this has to happen with such a big company. Please train your employees!

Aggressive and unorganized. They make purchasing a vehicle off lease challenging and uncomfortable. They don't do the dealer network any favour's. We have a total of six Mercedes products in our group and we will think twice about MBFC when we make future lease or purchase decisions. The 2.8 rating seems high to us.

This is one of the worst outfits of Mercedes Benz global. I had specifically requested over 2 weeks ago to defer my monthly instalment payment to two weeks out. It was agreed by the Mercedes rep at the Mississauga office. Today I find out that the payment was taken out and at a time when I am going through some financial sorting. And this is not the first time this has happened - I had requested two deferrals on payments in the past and one went through even after it was agreed with the rep back then. It seems like employees here don't take onus for the work they do and upper management just lets them slip by? Sad!

Lost bank draft and no one is competent enough to find it - always get told I will get a call back and no one does. Very unreliable and I would avoid dealing with this company at all costs

Horrendous service. I did a lease transfer on two of my truck loans almost 3 months ago. They are still showing on my credit despite me paying $3500 for a lease transfer. Now I am in process of getting a mortgage and I am left in limbo

I am an insurance broker who called on behalf of a client. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a leasing company. like THE WORST... they don't know their own documents from a whole in the wall...

It was the worst customer service that I encountered . Advisors in my belief were not knowledgeable enough to deal with their clients.I was trying to paid off my loan sooner by paying the principal, and it was set and noted into my account that lump sum payment will go towards the principal and I couldn't believe that when I found out that they do not actually put it into the principal instead they worked around their way in order for me to pay interest.I called and get bounced around with one advisor to another and I was getting so frustrated the way I get treated, I was told I was helloing at them, one told me they can't do nothing because that's how they do it.I will go forward to this complaint and I hope someone will stood up from MB to settle this issues ones and for all.
