Not at all happy with the service at this Macdonalds location. I ordered hot fudge sundae and they served sundae with cold fudge not even warm. When I asked why it’s cold, girl said the machine is under maintenance we can’t have hot fudge she can microwave the fudge and serve it. They should have let me know andI would have ordered something else. I asked her to give me icecream cone as I didn’t want to eat icecream with cold fudge. she didn’t even gave me money back for what I paid and what I got. Very bad customer service m. I will not go to this macdonalds.

Ordered a egg blt sesame bagel asking it without the bacon.Instead I got a lettuce tomatoes bagel.4 years later this location still has problems

Boorish attitude of employees with angry faces who give out food by throwing without respect and any hint of etiquette. Terrible service and rude behaviour. I will never go back to this McDonalds again. 10/10 disappointed

I must say. When my friends and I order fast food, our expectations are usually low. Sometimes there’s maybe some cheese missing, or perhaps no straw in the bag, or the fries are half full…but to forget to put the CHICKEN in the MCCHICKEN is definitely next level unacceptable.To make matters worse, when we drive back to the drive through the young lady laughed at me when I asked to speak to the manager. Then when the manager was asked what he was going to do about it, all he was going to do was replace the meals. I had to demand a refund as he wasn’t going to do anything to “make it right”.I’m still baffled with how this is even possible to do. How do you close not one, but TWO pieces of bread together without the main ingredient, that isn’t exactly small??? Wow. Still speechless.

I go here in the mornings when I leave town. Coffee and bagel. The last few times the bagels are rushed and just gobs of cream cheese. Not evened. I have talked to the manager a few times but nothing changed. So I am post on here. Maybe they take 5 extra seconds to spread it. I know it is fast food but come on.

Stop screwing my order everytime. This is really annoying. And for everytime u screw my order I will give a review. If u do not care about the job then don’t do it. I go to the drive through and no one will respond screaming hello multiple times and I would have to drive to the window to make my order. Whoever owns this franchise get your workers together. It’s very tiring.

Food is McDonald's quality, but the manager or possible staff member was awful to other staff or employees. I dont know what this guy was to the company but either way he was very rude to staff. He was yelling at them for wasting, and I quote 13 Items" in one afternoon. He also threatened to prevent them from receiving somthing. What he was preventing I didn't hear

This is a pretty disorganized and chaotic location. On the weekend, I ordered a chocolate milkshake on the app and drove up to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order. That seem to confuse the girl as there was silence, and then I got a guy that came on, and he asked me what I wanted to order again I told him that i had placed a mobile order, and I was met with silence. So I just said I was going to drive up to the window. The guy at the pay window was calling to me, but I drove to the delivery window. The kid there handed me a coffee and I said it was not my coffee. I had ordered a milkshake and showed him my confirmation code on the app. He squinted at it and then turned around and stood there with his back to me and chatted with a coworker. After a few moments, he turned around and told me to go to the next window. At the next window, I was handed a vanilla milkshake with the guy saying that the machines were wonky. He asked me to try it and see if it was OK and I just said it’s a milkshake good enough and then I told him what I thought about the whole experience. He admitted it was a bit chaotic and not the best system. I would definitely agree, and would add this to get another location to skip and get a milkshake at home.
