The have gotten way overpriced for what you receive. The service and quality has dropped into the toilet. Don't bother trying to use their website to submit a complaint or a good comment for that matter as it doesnt work either. Charged almost $13 for what you see here and the chili was cold even after watching the staff microwave it.

I had really bad service at this place in one day, I got wrong order for my breakfast, and missing order for my lunch. When I asked about my missing order, the staff just ignored me and went to take care the other customers. No smile, no sorry, no food, nothing, I had to ask another staff. Most staffs in this place need to be trained again, not only job training, manner also. Looks like nobody likes and cares about his/her job at this place.

Very disappointed placed Is a mobile order at 7:20am for 1 tea and 1 cookie. Took them until 745 when I was in thr building waiting to start making a simple drink. And now they want to charge 50c for honey. Something literally no other location does. Very underwhelmed by this location.

Food is always fresh! Staff try to get you on your way as soon as they can, despite some customers holding up the line. But with such a wide variety to choose from it can be hard to decide!

I went in for my daily dub dub (extra large double double)(which I get twice a day). A kind young man brought me a delicious coffee, at first I thought it was a women on account of his high pitch vocals. I thought he was trying to flirt with me at first. I believe his name was (tangerine). Welcome tang to the work force.

For the third time my bagel as ordered- toasted with plain cream cheese - came barely toasted with no cream cheese. Last time I will go to that location.

Will not buy from this AMERICAN company. They have taken maple dip donuts off the menu and didn't do anything cool for st.patricks day (donut wise). Was expecting the Canadian classics and can't get them anymore.

Nice Tim Hortons. Has restrooms. Plenty of parking. Full menu. Drive thru. The drive thru is not awkward like some can be. Usually well staffed and fast. Fresh food. Decent coffee. Closes on the inside quite early so bear that in mind.
