He makes sure I understand all the procedures and he always finds a way to make me laugh. I am always looking forward to my visits! I have been procrastinating to visit dentists as I had phobia since I was a child. Seriously, I had blacked out a few times after dentist appointments.Dr. Gilbert Ng has been my dentist after his dad Dr. Peter Ng retired. I had good experience with them both. They extended their caring by phone calls to follow up with patients.Recently, I had my cavity done by Dr. Gilbert Ng and he recognized my anxiety and checked in with me a few times during the filling. His gentle voice calmed me down. My dentist phobia appeared to subside as I knew I could rely on Dr. Gilbert Ng!No one is looking forward for dentist appointments; however, I will not procrastinate for my dental health moving forward as I trust Dr. Gilbert Ng.The clinic staff are also very friendly and efficient in processing insurance.I will recommend the clinic to my family and friends!

Dr. Gilbert was very professional and thorough. He took his time to explain my x-rays and the work that needed to be done. The office gave me a breakdown of costs for each procedure so I would know what is involved. Very transparent, honest and knowledgeable. I went to see Dr. G for a second opinion as I felt if I am spending so much money on implants I should shop around. Glad I did. I’m going with Dr G for my extensive dental work and feel more confident with the work that needs to be done.

I have been here twice and their service is one of the best in Calgary specially Dr. Gilbert Ng. He is so professional and knowledgeable. I had 3 teeth pull yesterday and I don't have any pain even after several hours after I got home. He will give you his professional advise and you make your own decision to go for it or not. No pushing, no BS. I don't have any pain, needle to freeze my gum, pulling teeth nor stitches. I highly recommend to has Dr. Ng to look after your teeth when needed. Thank you so much Dr. Ng

CHV Dental is a family practice that I have been going to in the last 15 years.My dentist, Dr Gilbert Ng is exceptional. Myself and my family of 5 see him regularly and could not be happier having him as our dentist. He genuinely cares for all of his patients and the quality of the service he provides. His attention to detail and expertise level will exceed your expectations.My other dentist, Dr Peter Ng still works at CHV Dental and is available to consult and help out if needed. He did my braces years ago and now my smile is stunning.In conclusion I trust this family dental clinic and have recommended it highly to all my friends and family. My family and my 92 years old mother have been receiving our dental care from CHV Dental for years. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and efficient in processing insurance. Dr. Gilbert Ng is a fantastic dentist, he did an excellent job on my root canal. I love his joyful and caring demeanor, and his openness in discussing about our dental issues for the best option of the treatment.
